A million times better than LoanDepot!
Figure was a complete game-changer, easily a million times better than LoanDepot. The difference was night and day. After a series of issues on their end, we ultimately walked away from closing with LoanDepot (they were terrible). Within an hour of that frustrating experience, we had already had a new HELOC with Figure in the works.
The entire process was straightforward, organized, and incredibly easy to follow. At every step, we knew exactly what to expect next. Even better, any questions we had were answered the same day, not days later, and certainly not ignored (like we were with LoanDepot)

Application process was simple enough but we’ve been waiting several weeks just for our documents to be prepared for the notary. Not sure what’s taking so long and the customer service I chatted with was very unhelpful.

Customer support has been outstanding with me. I feel they truly have my best interests at heart and they show that every time I either talk to them, or communicate via email with them. I have been on other exchanges that were terrible. This exchange cares about me as a person and a customer!

Figure lending cancelled the wrong loan…
Figure lending cancelled the wrong loan application by accident and then asked me to reapply at a much higher rate than initially offered. They also pulled my credit multiple times. I understand mistakes happen in business, but your should be willing to rectify mistakes your team makes.
I will be reporting them to the CFPB for incorrectly cancelling a loan application and other compliance issues.
