The e-notary session that I had on 4/23/26, as well as the one my husband had on 4/25/26, were easy, and we appreciated that (both of us are signers on the Figure HELOC I applied for) . The notaries for both our sessions were friendly and professional; everything moved along quickly. The only difficulty we had was on Friday evening, 4/24, when it was my husband's turn to have his e-notary session. There seemed to be a lag time between emails he received from Figure and updates to his Figure account online that resulted in our spending more time and effort than necessary, trying to determine what we thought we might be misunderstanding or doing incorrectly. But this morning (4/25), the emails and his Figure account were all working together as they should. Since technological problems/glitches just happen sometimes, we definitely don't hold that against Figure! Except for that relatively small period of frustration, everything went very well, and we're satisfied.

Absolutely wonderful. It was very professionally conducted. Very respectful and brilliant.

Very prompt and seamless service. And the notary was knowledgeable and professional.

Notary was articulate, clear in what they were going to do and what I needed to do. Better than a live notary session frankly, and more expeditious!

Mr West is an amazing rep for this company - answered every question professionally and fully on top of his job - completely walking me thru the application to the finish line in a timely manner - completely thru to closing in a timely manner - literally within 2 days.

Now, if I'm being honest, there was one rep I spoke to initially who wasn't helpful with any questions and was a bit rude (I wish I could remember his name), but Kris - my loan officer - completely changed the game. She was absolutely amazing, patient, and a pleasure to work with. My situation wasn't straightforward, especially being self-employed, and Figure works best for those straightforward cases, but despite the difficulties, Kris and her team made my situation work. Super happy with the product/rate, service, speed, and the flexibility (which I didn't expect from a techy lender). Thank you Kris and team for an amazing experience!

Experience was just as advertised. The agent that was assigned to me was very helpful and willing to hold my hand every step of the way to ensure I understood the whole process. From start to finish was about 1 week. Received my funds very quickly. Appreciate all the help. I would recommend Figure Loan to anyone looking for a HELOC.
