Custom paint by numbers kit was great

I got a custom paint by numbers kit as a birthday gift. I don’t consider myself a painter, but it was really easy to follow the numbers and get lost in this relaxing activity. Highly recommend!

Poor communication

Took a while to arrive but that’s not my complaint. I want to return the item as I no longer need it. I’ve emailed you twice but no reply. I know it says takes 2-3 working days to respond but it’s been more than that now. I want to return my item before the 14 days are up!

I had ordered a painting. I was emailed that this has been delivered, but it has not reached me. I had emailed the customer support, but I have not received any reply. Really disappointed with their services. Painting has finally reached me. But it took 2 weeks for delivery.

DO not buy. poor delivery times and awful customer service

As stated by other dissatisfied customers , i ordered this product as a Christmas present from what i believed was a UK company to find out later that the 48 hour delivery was a joke as the item would not arrive until after Christmas. I attempted to cancel the order on 20th December and was told i was to late and would have to accept the order and return it. Once the order arrived i contacted the customer service dept on the 3rd Jan. and was given the return address in China. The cost of sending this unopened item back was extortionate £19.80.
I once again contacted the customer help on the 6th Jan stating I was not happy and did not get a reply until the 24th Jan . This reply could no account of points raised or my dissatisfaction.
At the start of ordering it does not clearly state that the 48 hour delivery time is not for all products.
it states that delivery will be by Royal Mail, which it is not.
Customer service is a joke and does not help with issues
As a consequence i have an unopened package i do not want and a company who it appears do not care for their customers .Why as most companies in my experience do you not allow returns back to your UK depot?
I have tried to resolve this issue before posting here to give the company an opportunity to resolve my issues , but they have failed spectacularly.

Keep your packaging

I ordered 3 items and received 2 of them in separate shipments. The 3rd item was not with either shipment so I figured it would be coming on its own. I threw away the outside packaging & timing was that it went out for trash pickup before I received an email that all items were delivered.

I responded to that email & received an auto generated reply that they would reach out within 24-48 hours. When that time had gone by I received an email that my issue was resolved due to inactivity. I emailed back to see if the missing item was shipped. They sent transaction history showing requests for pictures & some other follow up that I never received.

I explained that I no longer had the outside packaging & was only able to send a picture of the box with the 2nd item in it. I used PayPal to pay for these items and opened a case with them.

After doing that I received an email letting me know the 3rd item was being reshipped (arrived today). I'm not sure if the response was to my communication or because PayPal contacted them, but I received my 3rd item.

So if you order more than one item, keep your packaging until you've received everything just in case you need to send them pictures.

Paint by numbers not recommended

First of all, I thought I was buying a UK product due to the name of this company. The product was shipped from China! The paint by number packages does then not have enough paint in some of the pots to finish the painting. I ordered a frame, which was not even sanded down! Sorry but I really wouldn’t recommend this product.

Havent started painting but good quality

Haven't painted them yet but can see they are higher quality than what iv purchased elsewhere - pain brushes look of decent quality and arrived quickly (albeit not within the 48 hour timeframe but I dont think that was the companys fault) Ordered 6 paintings and am very excited to start!

Absolute joke

Didn’t realise to return an item it has to be returned to Hong Kong! Every other company uses a return service but not this one. Would never order from them again. Avoid at all cost

Recent poor quality of paint

Over the past year, I have ordered and completed the painting of 22 canvasses. One year ago, the paint quality could not be faulted, but in recent months, several colours have been 'thin', sometimes requiring 2 or even 3 coats to cover guide lines and numbers. A recent painting of Lady On A Bicycle had one totally incorrect colour and although this was reported, I have received no reply.

Item hasn't arrived and tracking hasnt…

Item hasn't arrived and tracking hasnt updated. Was led to believe it would be delivered within 48 hours from a UK warehouse. This isn't the case. Now know it comes from China. I've emailed their customer service department several times to ask for a refund but haven't had a reply to recent emails. DREADFUL

Completely failed to deliver the item

Completely failed to deliver the item, ordered 12/12, was meant to be a christmas present. Now 4/1 and still not arrived. sent 4 emails to customer services without a response. Website is very deceptive as it implies 48hr delivery, then after ordering you discover its coming from China. Avoid this company, and go to a shop instead. wish i had!

We have seen a few similar cases this season due to extreme holiday demand. Unfortunately, once a parcel is handed over to the courier, our visibility becomes limited and our ability to intervene is reduced. As disappointed as we are with the carrier’s performance, it does not excuse leaving a customer waiting without a proper resolution. This is why we issued a full refund. If the package eventually arrives and is not lost, please keep it. We know the item was intended as a gift and we feel genuinely sorry that the delay affected your plans. Poor quality

Poor quality set, after assembling the frame it was clear that the edges were not square so it didn’t produce a perfect rectangle. This means that it’s impossible to fit the canvas without losing about a centimetre from on corner or a big blank patch on the opposite side.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! Purchased 4 paint sets to share with friends. PAINT COLORS DO NOT MATCH THE ADVERTISED PHOTOS!!! Very disappointing. Contact Customer Service and they were NO HELP. WANT TO RETURN THEM BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER purchase from them again!

Absolutely terrible!!!

Absolutely terrible!!!

I ordered with this company on 12th December as it said 24-48 delivery within the UK

It didn’t arrive… of course it didn’t…. Gave it a week, nothing

No response to messages I’ve sent customer services, tracking today (which until today showed it was in China!) now shows it as arriving in the UK

Says clearly 24-48 hours, don’t trust them, I haven’t had the heart to tell my Wife as I ordered it as a surprise extra present, very VERY disappointed

Trustpilot have emailed me to say that the company requires more information so they can better understand the problem??

Really? 🤔

I’m not sure what part of this they haven’t understood, but if it says 24-48 hours delivery within the UK, then that is what I expect, if the item isn’t in the UK then the company should be transparent about it at the time of ordering, not leave it’s customers waiting for the item to arrive with no contact from them including answers to emails customers have sent them, as has been highlighted by other reviewers who have experienced the same issues as myself

Would not recommend

I ordered a paint by numbers set as I thought it was a seller with UK stock. As it turns out they are a middleman and my product came directly from China with some delay. I could have bought it direct from China at half the cost without this middleman. Was unhappy with the longer delivery time.
I have sent my order details as requested although nothing will change the reality of you being the middleman to order from China.

NOT A UK COMPANY
