While searching for a good price on an item I was looking for on Google, this website popped up. After some research on review sites, I decided to take the jump and purchased from Figureland on the 26th of December. Even though the person running the site explicitly stated on the website that he was shut for Christmas and new year, I still went ahead with the purchase. On the 2nd of January, when he resumed trading, I received an email saying my item had been dispatched and the following day, my item arrived.
With unbelievable service like this, I'll definitely be buying my collectibles from Figureland from now on, especially as I get loyalty points as well as brilliant service and great prices.

Fantastic place to buy action figures. Well priced, quick postage and very well packed. You can tell it was packed with a lot of care. Customer service was outstanding. I received emails to let me know the order was received and when it will be shipped (which was very fast). Emails were very friendly, and we even exchanged a little banter back and forth. My shopping experience really could not have been any better!!! I cannot recommend Figureland highly enough and will be returning for sure. Very friendly shop that clearly values their customers.

I can't rate their service highly enough. I purchased a figure on pre-order, as their price was the best available, and emailed them regarding timeline. They were very helpful and kept me up to date with regular emails whilst it was on order, and when I received it I was amazed at how well packaged it was. If you're into buying figures then you have to try these guys out. I will definitely be using them again.

I've been a customer at Figureland since 2019 and they haven't let me down once, their customer service is impecable. It's become my first stop whenever I'm in the market for a figure.

My only complaint would be that I wish they stocked more so I could buy from them more frequently!

had no issues my fella has purchased n bought quiet a few dolls n 100 percentre reliable n does his best ti keep u updated n let's u no when its on its way 5star all the way no issues no problems either a phone call away n he's always there to ansa to u even if u leave ur number n ur name steve contacts u straight bk pre order policy's r stated n u do get updated of the progress Steve always does his best thanks again ...

Steve the owner is a brilliant and really friendly and helpful and always does his best to keep customers informed over there orders and when pre orders are made as soon as the item arrives in his shop he sends it out the next day I pre orderd the tots scared chucky doll and yes I did take a while to reach the uk because of delays but that was no fault of figureland and as soon as it arrived there I received it the very next day and the pre orders are stated extremely well in black and white and Steve does his best to always reply and is only a phone call away
