I’m a dad of 3 girls under 6, working full-time, gym etc and FiiHii has been a lifeline. I used to crash after lunch, but now I feel stable, clearer, and in control of my appetite. I thought I ate clean and focused my diet around protein, but didn’t really focus on gut health and fibre. I didn’t realise how much my gut impacted everything tbh. It’s not just food, it’s confidence and clarity. Easy, honest, and no BS.

We were desperate to find something that helped our daughter’s constipation and tummy issues.
What the drs had previously recommended hadn’t really made a difference and she didn’t like the taste.
Once trying FiiHii we noticed a difference within a few days. She also really liked the taste which is a huge positive!
Would love a version with fun characters on the pouch to encourage her even more.

After tasting FiiHii pouch, honestly, it was surprisingly delicious: smooth, fruity, and guilt‑free. It hit that sweet spot between a refreshing snack and a wholesome wellness boost. I work long hours, and it's difficult for me to follow a proper diet. Adding FiiHii into my routine made me feel full, focused, and surprisingly light. I am completely happy to get in one go many fibre sources with nutrients from whole food that clearly is helping me with my gut and mental health.

I thought I would try the 14-day Gut Reset Pack, and I’m honestly not disappointed. The improvement I’ve seen in my gut health and IBS symptoms has been amazing—it’s made such a difference. As a busy working mum, I don’t have the time to prep and make smoothies every day, so these have been incredibly convenient. The flavours are great too—really enjoyable! Delivery was super efficient—they arrived the very next day. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for an easy, effective gut health solution.

Does exactly what it says, a great way to make sure you should get your 5 a day and if you have 2 pouches works as a meal replacement too.

All the flavours are great but my favourites are the god yogurt and Cocomangofango.

Will definitely get more in the future - cant wait to see where the brand goes next.

These pouches have been amazing for our family. The kids love them (me too!) and they help us hit our fibre goals plus provide a good portion of our 5 a day. They taste great and we all feel better since we’ve been having them. Highly recommend.

I love these! They taste great, have multiple health benefits and are ideal for a busy parent like me. I don’t have time to make a smoothie every day or the fridge space for 30 different plant products (plus I hate cleaning the blender) so this is heaven sent!

What a fantastic product for all ages and stages. So hand for me especially when out at work. Great for the 15 year old who doesn’t eat enough fruit and veg! And also for the grandma who needs some extra easy nutrition and fiber. It’s a massive YES from our whole family. 👌

A great option for anyone looking to get their nutrition effortlessly. Having one frink a day which incorporates half the daily requirement of fibre and 4 of your 5 a day is so convenient for me. I also appreciate the variety of flavours as it changes things up each day throughout the week. Couldn’t recommend FiiHii enough!

Liked the choice of different flavours. And presentation of packaging.

My main issue was being, tired and stressed and dealing with a high pressure job and family commitments meant I didn’t have much time to think about myself much. Over time it gets worse and worse, I saw some article about the gut-brain axis and how what you eat really does impact how you think, your mood and energy so I thought I’d give this a try. It took a bit of time to start to feel any difference, it’s not a quick thing, like 3 weeks or so but without realising it I was eating less rubbish because I wasn’t as hungry, I had a weird relentless energy that I hadn’t had in ages and I was thinking clearer and in a better mood. I stopped it for a little and noticed a significant difference in all of these factors, it was like something had just been taken away, my wind taken from my sale. Safe to say I went straight back to them. It’s a staple for my diet now. Taken care of. Nutrition done. I’m better for it and more productive and feel healthier.

I'm new to Fiihii but gave them a try as I wanted more variation in my diet. So far so good. They're tasty but a bit thicker than I expected but overall really good and makes life really convenient as I don't have to stress so much when cooking dinners.

I’ve been training since 17 years of age, now being in my 40’s I have had a real focus on nutrition and gut health, since I have started I have seen a 10% increase in strength as well as overall improvements in my cardio fitness! I can’t recommend FiiHii enough

The frinks taste amazing! The thing for me is that it just makes it so easy to consume/ making a drink like this every day is so time consuming. Even if you’re out and about it’s so easy to still hit your fibre needs

I have been buying these products for a while now and really have noticed a difference in my gut health. I used to suffer with terrible bloating.
I also often felt really lethargic and coffee just wasn't making the cut!!!
In all seriousness, really recommend. Great customer service too.
