Excellent quality, timely delivery

Never got order, they should have insurance and have signature requirement upon delivery. Never use them again. Lost 135 dollars!

The shirts turned out fine except for the script on the front of one of the Jerseys was suppose to read Outlaws but looks more like Gutlaws

Wrong color…… to small! I order crimson/yellow and received burgundy/yellow. Order a Extra large and it fit like it’s a medium. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Wondering how the quality will be. I ordered 5 because my sister just had a baby so the team name is his name. I got a tracking number but when I track it it said unknown number and location. I just hope that they come in soon and they are what I wanted. Fingers crossed

Terrible experience. I ordered on sept 22, they tried to ship it 3 different times. It got lost. Instead of sending a New Jersey’s and trying to make it right, they are sending a refund when I didn’t ask for one, and telling me oh just order it again.

I received my hockey jersey in only a few weeks and I was amazed by the great quality. I thought at first it was going to be some cheaply made material that wouldn't benefit me at all, but once I laid my eyes on it it was pretty much equivalent to the NHL style replica jerseys. I was very impressed.

I spent $400 AUD in November 2021 on customer Baseball Jerseys. They turned up looking the goods but didn’t fit, despite using their sizing chart online. It states that you can expect up to 0.5 of an inch variance. In some cases we had 2 inches difference. When I reached out them they responded instantly and seemed very helpful and willing to help once I provided photo evidence. They even agreed to remake them all ASAP if I provide an extra $30USD, as I wanted to upsize one of them as a precaution in case we received much the same. When I reached out to get a tracking number they informed me that they hadn’t even started and that they won’t be able to provide these in time for Xmas due to the backlog of Black Friday sale orders that were just placed. I then ask for a refund if these weren’t going to make it in time. Their response to this was to offer me a 35% refund of my total order. Then 50%. I said if you’re not going to refund the whole amount then I will wait for the replacement jersey’s, seems silly to just throw $200 away. Now they are refusing to provide replacements. I have tried on countless occasions to sort this out in a civilised manner but all they do is email reply with questions and get no where. DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY. SERIOUSLY!!!

Just LOVE my new custom Jersey!!! Fiitgshop offered such EXCELLENT customer service and accommodated my special request without a problem. The quality is SUPERIOR and the stitching detail is just BEAUTIFUL!! It couldn't be more PERFECT!! Can't wait to represent our Team at our next event!!!

FiitG is amazing! I wanted 2 sweatshirts and wanted to change the stock font to one from a different color option. After a single e-mail, their Rep., Judy, texted me immediately and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Ordered on Nov. 30th (with $25 upgraded shipping), received on Dec.10. 11 days from order, production overseas, and delivery to Wisconsin. I was admittedly skeptical because the quality, customization options, and price seemed like one of those “too good to be true” situations. I could not be happier with the results. I will be ordering in the future without hesitation. FiitGShop is legit and I couldn’t be more excited to rep our flag football team in my custom hoodie!

It says half off usually 64.99 and if you buy today it’s 34.99 when you go to check out the total was 58.99 only took 10% off which is dumb they are literally lying to you about the shorts they look great but why put something on your website and show a price if that’s not the correct price your gonna change us customers
