With this being our very first time in Fiji,& this far away, we needed trusted info & guidance. Melissa definitely knows the area & people well. She knew exactly what we needed & took care of all the intricate details needed for our travel in getting to each destination.

The island resort, Matangi Island, was beautiful, full of adventure, awesome snorkeling, relaxing, & the staff were over the top hospitable to us every day!
The food was also plentiful & delicious!

Everything pretty much went according to plan, & we had a successful journey & vacation.

Thanks for helping me book the wakaya club, fiji air, the day room, etc. all pretty darn great, but one thing: I would appreciate more care in booking connecting flights, initially we had a 5 hour layover in LA but when I pointed it out you did find us a better flight.

Melissa knows Fiji very well and has recommended 5 different amazing experiences for us over the years. Every detail is taken care of once arriving in Nadi and her staff is amazing. Fijivacations recommended two resorts based on our pre trip requests. The first resort suggested met all our requests and was excellent. The second stay was at a resort that was poorly maintained, had poor service and barely met half our requests. We ended up leaving the resort on the third day out of a planned seven day stay. We will not rely on this agency for future travel plans

The Yatule resort and staff was fantastic but the agent lacked communication. The resort didn’t have all of our information and we were left in the dark as far as a timeline and having all the information we needed for a successful trip

Overall a great vacation. The only hiccups were transfer delays from Fiji airport to boat. It was 2 hours of waiting. Also the rooms were not ready when we arrived. The second destination again room delay. The family room for four was not set up properly.
Each delay was handled by the resorts well once they were made aware of the situation.
As I said we had a great time and valued the overall experience.

Our experience at the resort was exceptional. I thought the service we received before we left leaved something to be desired.

Highly recommend Fiji Vacations and Fiji. The itinerary was well planned to make it look like a very simple, relaxing trip. We had a great time!
