Excellent customer service
As a newer buyer of roller/dropper bottle supplies, its been a dream to be a customer of Fika Luxury Glass.
Billie has provided exceptional customer service!
My initial order had a damaged item and there was no hassle to replace, even having it sent express post.
The quality of the bottles, roller fitments and bamboo lids are incredible!
I've since made a second larger purchase and it arrived on time, beautifully packaged, no items damaged.
Billie is very easy to communicate with and I love supporting small business.
