Wrong goods and impossible returns process

Ordered a mens jacket. Received two woman’s sweatshirts and a pair of womens trainers. Support said they would take them back. After 3 failed pick ups by DPD (never showed up), Fila went silent. After the first attempt to pick up failed I asked for money back. They said only with returned goods. After more than a week they have gone silent and not returned my money. Unfortunately will now have to escalate this and am sitting with clothes I never ordered and materially out of pocket as well as wasted time waiting for their pick up to correct their mistake. Stay away from this company.
