No Reply, No Response, No Respect
I am quite suprised by the amount of people giving 5 star reviews. Either these are people who have never had any fault with their apartement, and hence no reason to contact Filbert, or Filbert are playing favourites amongst higher income people and ignoring students/immigrants/lower income households.
I am writing on behalf of myself and multiple others, when I am saying this is a very dangerous set of renters that I would stay very far away from. From leaking roof, massive amounts of mold, non-existant water & pressure, clogged pipes, an inability to answer questions and make corrections that are false in their contracts, and much much more.
The issue isn’t that these things happen, damages, mistakes etc. are bound to occur. The issue is the incredible difficulty it is to get a hold of the landlords, and more importantly, have the problem fixed.
We have people who have constantly reached out for 6 months of more trying to resolve, sometimes simple, sometimes vitality important to the health of the people & the apartement, issues. Sometimes with empty promises, with no call to action, and more commonly: No reply at all. It’s mind boggling that this company is allowed to be run in this fashion, as an investigation into this behavior would most likely have a case put together against them. Filbert I really hope you read this and change your response times and actual responses to renters problems. There are several sites that have already flagged you as incredibly dangerous renters in Viborg, and it’s bound to get much worse here unless you change.
