Filefactory hasn't been working for a month and isn't responding to messages. I paid for a year in advance. The rating has now gone from bad to such an extent that they're abandoning it. Not very serious.

Unfortunately, due to financial reasons, I can only use the free version, but I cannot complain. The files download in a satisfying manner, the connection is rarely broken, as it often happens with other services. And I love that FileFactory allows me to use high speed downloads from time to time. This is very much appreciated.

I have no regrets on subscribing to File Factory. here's one reason why... recently I had a wish to revisit an old TV serial. The serial was one I used to watch on TV in 1952 in UK. The serial was filmed in 1932, and I never expected to find a copy of the 12 episodes, but there they were in FF... except Episode 3..... nevertheless, still impressed. Thanks for the reminder, I'm about to jump n a do a bit more searching for "lost" gems.

Been using a FileFactory Premium account for a few years now, and never had a single reason to find fault with the service. It is incredibly easy to use, the downloads are fast, and the ability to share files with anyone (or just a select few) is as simple as can be. FileFactory deserves major kudos for creating a user-friendly and reliable service that just plain works the way you want - and need - it to.

I have been a Subscriber for quite a few Years now.
Early on in my Subscription my Email Account got hacked into and Andy & his Team ably assisted me in helping sorting out the Issue and since then it's cruising without a bruising.
I strongly recommend Filefactory and am convinced that this is one of the best and most trustworthy Download Companies on the Web.

Filefactory is very reliable and consistent.
I have not lost files, eve after long periods of inactivity.

Works wonderfully for me, fast and accurate, both for upload and download. Search function is great, but could still be improved with some boolean functions and advanced facilities.

I download a lot of the old movies (from the 40's to the 70's) and after trying several different programs to download, I always come back to FileFactory, they are fast and reliable.

Long time user, definitely the top amongst similar services. Consistent, reliable performance and far fewer ads & pop-ups. Interface is very user friendly, pricing great. Highly recommended.
