Andy at support is very quick in responding to queries. I have been using File Factory for many years now and have only respect for the service provided.

I didn't have to muck around for the file to connect, only to find that the file no longer existed, or for the download to stop working half way through

Easy to use, clean intuitive interface, free of site errors, generous features and reliable. No nagging ads or distracting clutter so you can upload and link your file as quickly as possible with zero fuss. I've been with them for longer than I remember, probably around ten years or so.

We have used filefactory for a long time now. We like how easy it is to download/upload files. best file service out there.

I have been extremely happy with Filefactory for several years.

Now, unfortunately, it has become the case that when you log in you have to go through 4-5 spam advertisements before you are allowed to log in.

Now, fortunately, I have found another alternative without spam ads.

I am a user of FileFactory for some years now and I have been repeating my subscription with entire satisfaction, since it continues providing the most easy, reliable and quickest way to download/upload my files over the internet.

Why didn't you reply to my previous email? Is your business a scam who just take people's money and run away? I'm so angry.
199 usd is a huge amount of money to me. It's your fault for not giving out the correct information about your business but now I'm the one who stuck here with nothing. No way to recover my files.

You run a cloud storage service but look like you have no idea about how important those files are to your customers. You don't care about how your customers feel after paying and believing you to keep our precious files then suddenly losing all. They are all pictures of my family and children, all my baby's picture from childhood, and all my full job files now I even cannot have my money back.

No way it would take 6 weeks to transfer the money. I doubt that you have done that. Give me a proof that you have already issued the refund or give me another solution for this problem right now.

I will contact my bank also to see if I can do a charge back for a fraudulent transaction. I will also leave a negative review on gooole and all platform/ social media networks I can find to warn other people about your scam business.

Next week is the new year in Vietnam, I hope to have a serious and clear answer from your company before the new year comes.

Absolutely no problems with this company at all. It does what it says on the tin, providing fast downloading speeds and great ease of use.

I've used FileFactory for at least 5 years, and I essentially couldn't live without it! I have found pretty much everything I've wanted on the site and can't remember ever having any kind of problem.
