I recently had a very disappointing experience with Filejoker, which I feel compelled to share to warn others. After making a payment to obtain a premium key, I received no confirmation and did not receive access to the service I paid for.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no response. This lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating and has left me feeling scammed.

I urge anyone considering using Filejoker to think twice before making a payment. There are too many reports of similar experiences, and it seems difficult to get a refund or any assistance once your payment is processed.

Eines der schlechtesten Filehoster den es gibt. Sehr intransparent, was die Bezahlmöglichkeiten angeht. Der Support ist leider ebenfalls sehr langsam und antwortet oftmals erst auf die zweite E-Mail. Des Weiteren bei Nutzung von Free Downloads, ohne Account, wird sehr oft oder fast immer bei großen Dateien, also um die 2 GB, plötzlich die Verbindung getrennt. Andere Downloads von anderen Filehoster laufen parallel ohne Probleme weiter. Zusätzlich kommt noch hinzu, dass es keine Resume-Funktion in der Free Version gibt. Das heißt, dass der File mit seinen 2 GB komplett neu geladen werden muss. Ich würde andere Filehoster definitiv vor Filejoker vorziehen und kann niemandem den Filehoster empfehlen.

One of the worst file hosters there is. Very intransparent when it comes to payment options. Unfortunately, support is also very slow and often only responds to the second e-mail. Furthermore, when using free downloads without an account, the connection is very often or almost always suddenly disconnected for large files, i.e. around 2 GB. Other downloads from other file hosters continue to run in parallel without any problems. In addition, there is no resume function in the free version. This means that the file with its 2 GB has to be completely reloaded. I would definitely prefer other file hosters to Filejoker and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I wanted to sign up for a monthly premium membership at $22.95 and use a Visa card, which failed or PayPal but both trusted payment methods were unsuccessful. When trying to pay with PayPal, checkoutstores.org asks to process a 10 cent test transaction and that posted to my checking account but then they send you an email that says "Due issue with our paypal, we highly advise to use our NON recurring and easy to use credit card." When you click on the link, it takes you to "Flexaccess", to bill you €32.00 ($34.16 at today's exchange rate, a 49% increase!) with payment provided and secured by mollie, an unknown payment processor. This seemed VERY SUSPICIOUS to me because of the redirect from PayPal and why can't they process your payment for a premium subscription when they could process the 10 cent test transaction?! Maybe "Flexaccess" is legit, maybe it isn't but I wasn't willing to give them my credit card information under these circumstances; BUYER BEWARE!
