FJ LIES about prices
FileJoker has two levels of accounts, Premium and Premium VIP, with a 47% difference in the monthly fees. Now, pick a 30-day Prime VIP account, and go to the payment page, click to pay with Visa, and there is an addition $3 service fee added, bringing your total payment to $36.95, and you've got 12 minutes to seal the deal. Enter your card number, credentials, blah, blah, blah and 100% of the time "Unfortunately, your payment failed." READ IT AGAIN: "UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR PAYMENT FAILED." Try again, and again, and again. wow. Now try PayPal. You'll be taken to PayPal where you'll be told you need to pay a fellow with an Asian name $.01 (apparently to prove your sincerity) first. Do that. Then you'll get an email notification from PayPal that he was paid. You'll hear nothing more. OK, try "Resellers." I won't bore you with all the tests, but the overwhelming majority accept nothing but Bitcoin as payment, and even those that accept other forms of payment add fees continue to climb, and climb and climb and suddenly you are now asked to pay $79.99 for the $36.99 Prime VIP account. FILEJOKER, YOU GENUINELY SUCK & ARE CHEATS! I have written to customer service a number of times to complain over a period of TWO YEARS and they apologize and say they are working on their payment system, & even offer "2 free weeks of service." REALLY? Then why advertize a price of $36.95 that is a LIE? If you were located in the US, you would be sued!

Wrong Captcha. But It was not wrong, nor the 10 previous times. Most of the time it downloads 90% of a 1GB file then chokes. Try again tomorrow !

Subscription Renewal not working
A month ago I had a subscription and it was supposed to be reoccurring. Somehow the subscription renewal didn't work and I can't get a 30Day or 90Day subscription at this time. I agree with everyone's review that the site appears to be hacked and diverting funds from FileJoker to you know who.
