I recently requested support for a recent filtering deployment upgrade. Needless to say, I requested the support from Shana to assist us in the process of creating a fileset, scripts and installation verification. Shana tirelessly supported my team, school and all our stakeholders through this process. When we hit snags, we regrouped and she gathered more intel on how the filtering client (gen 4) installation was being deployed at other Filewave client locations, and identified the differences. We collaborated on several solutions and ended up where we needed to be. Like most technical situations, our path to success is never what we initially envision. Having stellar support is essential to any successful organization. Shana brings her knowledge, experience and expertise to the table constantly. She also brings a friendly voice and her enthusiasm is never ending. I see her as a stellar example of customer support that I greatly appreciate! She is an asset to Filewave and as an extended vender partner. I look forward to working with her in the future!
