Cynthia was very helpful and responded quickly to my request. I appreciate her support and professionalism. Thank you!
It was an error that led me to having to contact FileWorld directly. I was fortunate Stephanie who dealt with was so helpful and listened. The result was that she resolved the issue within a day. I would recommend FileWorld based on the way they deal with there customers.
They took an subscription without me knowing it, but Mia was very helpful

The business model is terrible, because they sneak in a subscription each time you try to pay for a single document, but I give it two stars because Laure in customer service was really good and they gave me a refund.

Hidden subscription trap - €29.95 charged without consent
I used this site for what I was led to believe was a one-time service fee. Instead, they hid a €29.95 monthly subscription in the fine print and automatically charged my account. This is highly deceptive billing. I have already cancelled, blocked the merchant via Revolut, and demanded a full refund from support. If a 100% refund is not processed immediately, my bank is executing a formal fraud chargeback. Case number reference: nandreea107atgmail.com
UPDATE: The merchant reached out quickly and confirmed they have processed a full refund. I am keeping this review here until the money successfully arrives in my Revolut account
update- they gave me my money back

Quick response to emails. Through a mistake on my part I ended up with something different than unneeded. With quick responses to my emails and very polite answers we were able to sort things out quickly. Mia was quick to respond and explained everything very clearly. It’s nice to be able to have understanding people on the team.
Great customer service deppartment! My issue was instantly solved by Mia, who immediate responsed with proffesionalism and truly interest!
No intention of establishing a subscription, but an amount for monthly subscription was drawn from my credit card. Very unclear and speculative terms.
Add on: On complaining, FileWorld has agreed to refund the charged amount. This does not however change the core above mentioned problem.

The speed and efficiency and professionalism from Julie was amazing and I thank her very much
Their business model is to quickly offer you to convert a file for like €0,60. If you're not paying attention fully you will also sign up for a €50 per month subscription that kicks in after 48 hours.
Not a serious company.

Emilie helped me get my refund in a timely manner which is much appreciated.
You look legitimate and easy process - I could pay via Apple which makes it feel safer.
Similarly to many of these reviews, Fileworld used deceptive tactics to unknowingly sign me up for a $40 subscription (in small fine print!) I did not agree to this and only agreed to pay a couple cents to converting a JPEG into a PDF (which didn’t even work for me). I contacted support, although no response yet I’m hoping to get a full refund because I’m very unhappy with these deceptive practices. If I end up getting my refund, then I will appreciate the merchant for doing something about this inconvenience. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend. I hope to hear back from their support team soon.
