We have just return from a wonderful enjoyable stay.
The holiday home was perfect, clean, perfect quiet location with all the little added extras a bonus (WiFi, dishwasher, travel cot, baby highchair, decking furniture and so on)
Gordon is very friendly and efficient, always replying to emails and texts very quickly, nothing was to much.
Will definitely be hoping to return in the future

We have just returned from a lovely weekend away here. I would highly recommend staying in this caravan, it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Very comfortable and cosy. Its situated in a quiet part of the Holiday park & is located close to all the amenities and entertainment.
Will definitely stay here again.

We as a family would highly recommend staying in this great caravan, it is located in an ideal location close to all the amenities and entertainment, the service and communication with the owner from the minute of enquiry to finishing our stay and getting home couldn’t be any better so a big Thankyou to Gordon and family.

What a fantastic very relaxing break in this spacious, modern, spotless caravan!
Everything looked brand new, the location is great as there is no through foot or vehicle traffic going past the front, not overlooked ,however, close to amenities too. The wrap around terrace is wide with table and chairs and south facing. Great relaxing in the morning with the (unexpected) sun shining through.
The owners are excellent, communicative .. all the details are sent to you to ease you into a nice holiday. There were zero worries about what to do upon arrival, the welcome email and courtesy call were above and beyond.
Already recommended this caravan.to family and friends. Love the fact it is pet free also, for someone with allergies, this is a welcome relief!!
Cannot fault it. Will return visit too.

Thank you for our stay at The Blue Dolphin, Filey. The caravan was in a wonderful location on the site, close to all amenities. Issues with the gas supply were rectified swiftly once the owner was informed.
Overall, it was a lovely stay and my children thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Will definitely book again.

Great Caravan in a Great Location.

We hired this caravan for a family weekend in October 2021, booked via a third party website, however, upon booking the owner Gordon was in touch directly via email with all the important information we needed and kept in touch up to and after our holiday.

The caravan is at Haven, Blue Dolphin and is situated right by the main complex and facilities. I cant comment on the Haven facilities as we didn't use them (we never do).

The caravan is spacious has a lovely wrap deck and is in a quiet cul de sac overlooking a small field - perfect for two 15 year old boys to kick a ball about without annoying other guests.

The lounge area is comfortable and plenty of space, the kitchen has everything you'll need and 2 bathrooms is a bonus.

We will be booking this accommodation again in 2022, it's great to know exactly what you're getting rather than taking a leap of faith as to what Haven will allocate you - so many times have we booked a high spec caravan only to be somewhat downgraded.

Because this caravan is privately owned it's in excellent condition and well looked after, again Haven have let us down with cleanliness in the past.

What a comfortable and enjoyable weekend we had in this beautiful holiday home with our Grandchildren. The proximity to mini mart, entertainment and food outlets is fantastic. The holiday home isn't too close to others and there is a large grassy area to the front. There are lots of activities to book on site for kids. The indoor swimming pool isn't too deep if you have a few children of different ages and abilities in the pool you're trying to keep an eye on! Relief for me. Our grandkids are 5, 9 and 13 and they all loved the water chutes.
There are also lots of places to visit outwith the site ie Bridlington and Scarborough. We did a bit of both. Although the holiday home is close to amenities it is still in a very quiet spot. Communication with owners is very good.

Just returned from a fabulous break in a truly beautiful holiday home which was very clean, warm, spacious and modern not forgetting the wrap around decking which is a real asset and gets the sun all day long. The caravan is located in a lovely cup-de-sac location and doesn’t feel crammed in like some of the other areas on site. Gordon is extremely helpful and informative and although we didn’t have any need to contact him as no issues I’m certain he would have been happy to help. If I was pushed to find anything negative it would be that you can hear people chatting / walking past when returning from the bars but this is because I love my sleep and like an early night even on holiday but obviously if your in the bar too then happy days however this would not stop me booking the van again next year.

The caravan was very modern and clean, plenty of space and the owners were very good with communication and turning around payments etc. I would definitely use their services again and can highly recommend.

Just arrived home from a 7 nights stay at this beautiful caravan. Gordon, the proud owner (and you can see why) was very friendly and helpful giving us advice on where to eat, places to visit etc. and nothing was too much trouble. The caravan is of the highest quality with tasteful decor and it is on the best location on the site. The wrap around decking has the sun all day and it’s lovely to sit out in the evening and watch the sun go down. It’s ideally situated for all the amenities on site and has a safe grassy area opposite for children to play. For anybody who likes walking, there is a coastal path down to Filey (part of the Cleveland Way) with stunning views and it’s well worth a visit.
Although there appeared to be many facilities on site for children, we didn’t feel it necessary to use any of them because there’s plenty to do in the surrounding towns of Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. We can’t wait to go again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

New this caravan would be great before I booked it, as we always stay with haven thought we would try something different due to covid, checking in etc, staid on cedar court before, caravan spotlessly clean, and handy for everything definitely will book again, thanks Gordon and family

Lovely caravan spotlessly clean great location

Wonderfully sited in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a balcony that catches the sun from dawn until dusk. Modern, well fitted out, very comfortable and cosy. Just what we needed for our short relaxing break. Close to all on site facilities, should you need them. Top of our list for a "must do again!"

I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful, clean, spacious and modern caravan. It really is like home from home. The caravan is a 2 minute walk from the bars, restaurant, arcade, park and swimming pool.
We have just had a lovely long weekend there.
Excellent location! Just a short drive from Filey beach and Bridlington.

Thank you Gordon and family for letting us use you’re lovely caravan for a long weekend. It was so spacious. My partner was so impressed with the Bluetooth speakers! Lovely spot right near the pub for us and arcades for the children. We will hope to book up again for next year (if we have a car 😅) and will recommend to all my friends and family.
