I recently attempted to place an order through Filfood UK, a Filipino online store, and was met with an unexpectedly troubling experience. Before I could proceed with my purchase, I was forced through a bot verification process that raised serious red flags.
Unlike standard security checks, this one felt intrusive and suspicious. Upon closer inspection, it appears the verification mechanism may be linked to malware and tracking cookies—tools that compromise customer privacy rather than protect it. This isn’t about safeguarding their platform; it’s about exposing yours.
The process mimics legitimate browser alerts but behaves more like a deceptive tactic seen in campaigns such as “Clickfix,” which cybersecurity experts have flagged for deploying credential-stealing malware and persistent tracking mechanisms. These kinds of threats are not just inconvenient—they’re dangerous.
I strongly urge potential customers to exercise caution. Your personal data and device security should never be the price of convenience. Until Filfood UK addresses these concerns transparently and implements a safer, more ethical verification system, I cannot recommend using their service.

I ordered from this business and received an expired product. While it was a small item, it’s unacceptable that something out of date was sent. What made it worse was the refund process—so many requirements for such a simple issue. It feels like they care more about avoiding responsibility than fixing the problem. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering again.

I was super sceptical when buying from here, but to my surprise, the order I placed late Sunday night arrived today (Tuesday morning)!
I did not pay via direct bank transfer so I cannot comment on that, but paying by Paypal worked perfectly!
All food has at least 9 months shelf life left!
Very happy, would definitely buy from again!

Ordering was straightforward and simple.

Prices were fair and also postage and packing charge.

Goods arrived after 3 days of ordering.

All over 12 months "use by" dates.

Would deffo recommend and would use again.

Service was nothing to be desired. First Discount Code
on the internet that they would not honor, claiming it was last year. So you end up paying that discount. Second NO ONE would pick-up the phones, both landline and mobile. Third confusing delivery options which should be made clearer for new costumers.

Purchased items for next day delivery and after a few days it didn’t arrive. I contacted the seller and was told they had been trying to contact me and I was then told 3 times from my order were out of stock. I Agreed for them to ship the available items and out of stock items to be refunded. I called and emailed several times and after 1 month of not being refunded I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller responded asking for me to send everything back in order to receive a refund? Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t respond to emails and calls. Horrible customer service. PayPal was no help.

Lack of customer service, not following order instructions. Getting charge of £5 for not managing to deliver the items due to not contacting the number on the client’s note on the order form. Not even bothered to call the number on the message. When my husband tried calling them they didn’t answer the calls 6x. Getting £5 charge just like that. Very disappointing!
