Unreliable Service and Disappointing Experience - Never Again
I requested a refund for a product that was meant to be a gift, and your agent informed me that a courier would come to my location to collect the order. They specified that the courier would arrive on Monday at 3 pm, but no one turned up. Waiting several days for the refund is unacceptable, and this level of responsibility is extremely disappointing. This was my first and last time buying something from your company.

Price hike on black Friday
I wanted to purchase some items that were discounted at 30%, after adding items to cart I discovered that the item's original prices have been increased by 40% and but still discounted at 30%. This totally killed my trust for this company. Good luck with building business and customers trust!
