We feel this review is very unfair. Your order was for a pre-order item, which was clearly stated at the time of purchase, meaning dispatch times are longer than standard in-stock items.
You also mentioned “bad communication”, however we responded to all of your messages within around 1 hour, so this is simply not accurate.
Pre-orders do not usually receive active delivery updates until the item is ready for dispatch, which is normal.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. They sent my package to the wrong postal code, which was 600 km away from me. When I contacted them, they said they couldn’t do anything and blamed me, saying I had entered the postal code incorrectly. Then, when I asked them to fix it, they stopped responding. Horrible experience,I will never order from them again, even if it’s free.

I strongly dispute this version of events and quite frankly I am shocked to read your lies.
Firstly, you initially contacted us requesting urgent dispatch, which we accommodated. After dispatch, you messaged us saying:
“You guys are amazing, so thankful for a good and fast service, will recommend you to all my friends.”
The issue only arose because the incorrect postal code was entered at checkout by YOU . We did not change or input your address — orders are shipped exactly as provided by the customer. You later acknowledged that the address error was on your side.
When you contacted us, we did not ignore you. In fact, we responded within minutes (around 27 minutes) and advised that we would contact the courier to try assist, but as the parcel was already in transit, changes cannot always be guaranteed. Our second response was within 10 hours - so much for "stopped responding".
It is therefore incorrect to say we “sent it to the wrong address” or “stopped responding”.
We always aim to help, but we cannot take responsibility for incorrect details entered at checkout.

We strongly dispute this claim. Your order is clearly marked as delivered by the courier, with tracking confirming completion of delivery.
You initially claimed non-receipt, and then stated that your delivery driver “steals all your parcels” and delivers empty boxes. If that were genuinely the case, this would be a serious ongoing issue that should be reported directly to the courier or local authorities.
It is not reasonable to label our business a “scam” when the courier has confirmed delivery. We have fulfilled our responsibility by dispatching your order correctly and having it delivered safely.
False accusations like this are misleading and unfair.

I don‘t think it is a scent for the hot summer days, but in early and Late Winter, Spring & autumn it works pretty well. Order, Handling and shipping worked perfectly well as the previous times. Regarding the fragrance performance, this is not something we manufacture or control. We retail 100% authentic products from brands such as Bujairami. If you have concerns about longevity, you are welcome to contact the brand directly, who will confirm both the authenticity and formulation.
Fragrance performance can vary significantly depending on skin chemistry, environment, and usage.
