We’re sorry you feel this way, however your order was for a pre-order item, which was clearly stated in the product title and description before purchase.
Pre-order items are not dispatched immediately and are shipped once stock arrives. The delivery timeline you experienced was therefore in line with what was advertised at the time of ordering.
Leaving a one-star review because a pre-order was not delivered as quickly as an in-stock item is unfair and does not reflect the service provided.

We’re sorry for the delay, however this was not caused by us. Your order was dispatched correctly, and when we noticed the lack of tracking movement, we opened a case with the courier to investigate.
It is also incorrect to state that there was no response — we did reply to your enquiry and kept you updated on the situation.
Unfortunately, once a parcel is in the courier’s network, occasional tracking delays can occur and are outside of our direct control.

Everything is normal and fine however they don’t listen well as i told them if they could ship it at a later date as no one would be home for the delivery and they simply ignored it and sent it anyways risking the loss of my package

Regarding the delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to hold orders for dispatch at a later date on request. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.
If you knew nobody would be available to receive the parcel, it would have been better to place the order closer to the date you wanted it dispatched. Once an order enters our fulfilment process, we cannot guarantee delayed shipping.
