The tracking also updated throughout the journey, with only a single day without movement, which can occasionally happen during international transit between courier hubs.
We appreciate your feedback, but describing the experience as “horrible” is unfair considering the parcel was delivered within timeframe and tracked consistently.

Ordered Jasmere from the UK just before it became available here, and it arrived in Canada promptly. This is a beautiful perfume that smells like Tilia for a fraction of the cost: bright, ambery linden/jasmine with a hint of sweet genêt in a woody base. Sunshine in a bottle. 10/10
