I have ordered a new product from Fill and tbh this is something exceptional. I like their service and products as it’s always with quality and care. This time I have ordered a hand cream and I must say it’s stunning and so wow 🤩 the smell is amazing and the texture is just perfect. I must admit I like their formula and my hands aren’t greasy at all. I just love your new product and wanted to share my feedback ❤️

Very pleased with these products - wash up, laundry liquid, fabric conditioner, shampoo, conditioner & hand wash - & have been using them for sometime (I used to get them from Milk & More). It takes me ages to get through them so I won't make them rich but I recommend most highly!
TOP TIP: invest in funnels - refilling takes a bit of getting used to 🙂

I order their wholesale products from them for my shop and delivery service. The choice and quality are great, fragrances are delicious, the branding visual is strong, and more importantly, people love the products, but they also champion the refill/ closed loop system even with their resellers! I am very impressed, and I am so grateful they exist, and I hope they will inspire more businesses to become more sustainable!

This company is the best! The products are great, and for me, needing unscented products, a really reliable way to get these. Everything cleans well and it is good to have the returnable bags etc and sustainable products, all made to order. And not to forget the amazing customer service, which is so efficient and friendly if there are any issues, or you wish to order in person. Thank you Fill! Pam

One of my favourite companies to have interacted with ever! Beautifully scented and well packaged products with a very speedy turnover considering how small they are as a team.

Customer service was top tier with genuinely friendly and helpful people who gave a really personal experience.

I absolutely love these guys! Everything about this company makes me happy—from their lovely scents to their strong ethical values. My absolute favourite (and now a total essential in my routine) is their rose water. I use it for everything these days...

What really sets them apart is their commitment to sustainability. I know for a fact that they actually refill their drums when it comes to their distributors, which gives me confidence that their mission is the real deal—not just marketing fluff. It's refreshing to find a brand that walks the walk when it comes to being eco-conscious.

Their products also work! Everything I've tried cleans properly and effectively, but without compromising on ethics, which is rare to find.

I truly hope more people switch to FILL. The world needs more companies like this. 💚

Great company. I love every product I've tried and I've been ordering regularly for the past 4 years.

We've used Fill as a supplier since we first set up our refill shop many moons ago, and without a doubt - they're our favourites!
We have customers who've been refilling with us over and over again for YEARS which is a clear testament to how great their really products are. We use them ourselves at home and of course for cleaning the shop too.

I've always admired Fill's ethics - you can tell that business decisions are made with planet in mind, where others often fall short. They're not here for rapid expansion and a quick buck, they're in it for all the right reasons. No smoke and mirrors, no trickery or greenwashing in sight!

Customer service has always been tip-top despite Fill being a relatively small team. From K who responds to emails in a prompt and timely matter as well as always effectively managing expectations, to D who used to bring us our deliveries (we now collect as they're so local to us) ALWAYS with a smile, a handful of jokes and genuine friendly interest in how the business is doing - and everyone else we've encountered through the years dealing with Fill.

I love Fill products. I’ve been using the fig scented hand wash, unscented laundry liquid and washing up liquid for a couple of years now and love them.

I’ve been looking for refillable hand cream/body lotion for years that was eco and cruelty free to no avail. Not any more!! They now do fig scented refillable hand and body lotion and it smells divine. Gentle fig scent with good moisturising properties. Made me so happy 🙏

I also bought their unscented dishwasher powder and rinse aid - no more chemical smelling mugs and plates - yay!!

The Fig Leaf Wash up Liquid has a wonderful smell and the new Hand cream both work well together, leaving the greasing pots clean and hands soft. In addition the hair shampoo has a lovely citrus smell of orange peel. Being able to refill from a 5 litre bag in the box is another big advantage, which is more economical and can be returned post free.

I’ve been looking for non toxic refillable cleaning products and tried many different brands. I hadn’t found one that actually works well until I tried fill refill. I bought a whole range of their products and they are all amazing. The scrub powder in particular I was most impressed with as it lifted dirt from the bathroom floor tiles when previously bleach had not. I can now replace all my toxic cleaning products with fill products. The packaging is also very pretty. Ordering was easy and the business seems very friendly. I will be a returning customer.

I have been using Fill for a number of years and buy in bulk and store in my garage then refill as I go.

There are a number of things I love about using Fill. Firstly I am getting a great product that is good for the environment. Secondly, I am supporting a small family run British business.

Hand wash and washing up products are my favourite.

I absolutely love the scrub powder and dishwasher powder! They both get everything so clear. The scrub power was great for getting stubborn marks etc on pot or every limescale on the bath off making it super shiny!

I got the Messy Xmas Kit as a little treat for myself. First time trying Fill products, and this kit had everything I wanted to test out. The fragrances are lovely—subtle and fresh. The peppercorn washing up liquid is sooooo nice and gentle on my hands, which I really appreciated after scrubbing a mountain of dishes (I don't have a dishwasher so i need to make dishwashing pleasurable). The biodegradable sponges feel like a nice step in the right direction.

The packaging looks so good in my kitchen. It’s simple but feels considered, and I’m already planning my refills. Really happy I gave this a go.

9 days after placing the order, no news of it, no idea if it has even been dispatched, and customer service doesn't reply!

Great customer service and product. My product arrived and the delivery provider has dropped it and so I had litres of leaking, soggy goodness to deal with. I sent some pictures to Refill and they were in the case immediately and organised a full replacement for the order even though I hadn't lost all the contents. I got a response within 20 minutes which I was very surprised by especially as it was at the end of office working hours. And the hair and conditioner are fab.

I have recently begun my relationship with FILL & I am very happy that I have done. I think this company is brilliant! For a few reasons. Them being certified B corp, vegan, cruelty-free, and the products being free of the nasty stuff that is found in many other products. I like them mostly because they offer a closed loop system, which enables me to return empty containers to be refilled again. Communication about orders/delivery dates have been fast & helpful!

The products that I have used so far (hand soap-fig, laundry liquid, fabric conditioner, shampoo, toilet cleaner & washing up liquid) all smell lovely & work well. The laundry powder in particular is great, you only need a heaped tablespoon (I put far too much in on my first load using it and the scent was very strong- which will suit a lot of people that like to use stronger scents), it leaves clothes looking and smelling clean.

So far, a great experience with FILL. I would highly recommend starting (or continuing) your refill journey with these products! Though I would like to add, if you’re lucky enough to have one, & it’s possible for you to do so… Support & shop locally, by trying to find a refill/zero waste shop nearby that stocks FILL.

Bath soak has no scent and I find the taps on the home refill a bit daft as they don’t fit inside the bottles and consequently spill everywhere! I like the rest of the products but remain disappointed with the bath soak.
