Great app, just few things that could be improved
This app contains all the important things I need for my everyday video editing - at a low price. I would like some small improvements, e.g. the timeline as a pop-out. With more than three tracks, it becomes confusing when you have to keep scrolling. But overall a very good program. The support is fast, friendly and good.

Filmora do better
Although I like the software the customers service is the worst ,maybe the worst Ive experience. Not being able to talk to a agent is crucial when your using this software for professional reason so i suggest not. I have been using filmora on and off for three years. I recently did a request software update and after my subscription was invalid. Been back in forth with agents through email and chat for a week now, and nothing to tell client who are waiting for footage, its pretty unprofessional,I dont like companies who make millions of dollars but dont have things in place for the most simplistic issues, you have to do so much when if I was talk to an actual person they would be able to verify who I and fix the issue there, but a week 2 days and still waiting is most ridiculous I have better turn around times with free apps..

Fantastic customer service
I had not used filmora for years due to COVID.
When I decided to restart producing videos for my social media I was still on filmora 8.
I saw on social media that it was now up to version 12.
I read some reviews how filmora were now making people subscribe even though they had lifetime licences.
I contacted customer service as my account always said user name and password incorrect, probably 8hrs later I had a link in my email and when I clicked on that link and restarted my laptop filmora 12
had been installed.
Absolutely fantastic support and the new features are brilliant.
There's also so much free to download videos,elements,titles and so much more
it's got me back into getting out there with my cameras and taking videos and pictures.

Downloaded mac version app for my mac
Downloaded mac version app for my mac. Problems began recognizing purchase. On hold with chat for 20 minutes even though was in cue to be next. Waited another day. Purchase finally worked. Wanted to join 3 similar clips on timeline so I could color correct and size them together. No such tool to be found! Then received charge atop the $79.99 of $20 to access such a simple tool. Tried to contact through chat. On hold again for 20 minutes even though 1st in queue. Waited another day. Will try to reach wondrrshare again to remit entire program. My advice, forget this app if you want to make video, amateur or professional, and get Final Cut Pro.

Good service
I use wondershare for 8 years now. Never had any problems. Last week I installed it again(on another laptop) but it kept saying I was using the free version although I was signed in. Within 1 day I they solved the issue.

Filmora was the closest thing to Microsoft Windows Movie Maker that I could find. For years, I had used MWMM to create slideshows for various projects. Now I have Filmora! I ordered the perpetual subscription but, whatever plan you order, be sure to uncheck the box that offers you a free 7-day trial of anything else or they will auto-bill your cc!

Auto renewal
A year I purchased filmora to did a eulogy video. Haven’t used it since.Last week I was notified I’d been charged for renewal. No prior notification was provided indicating renewal was upcoming. So far they’re telling me no refund available. I’ll update this is anything changes.
2/13/23; they’ve refunded my money. Certainly appreciate the quick service, and if for any reason I ever need editing software again, I’ll use them.

Filmora does not honor Lifetime Plans
Filmora does not honor there Individual Lifetime Memberships. I purchased Filmora when version 11 was released and I purchased the Lifetime plan on December 26, 2021. Now, 14 months after buying my Lifetime plan they are telling me that I have to pay because version 12 has been released.
This is such a scam. We should all get together and enter a class action lawsuit against this unscrupulous company.
If they do not plan on honoring lifetime memberships then they should not sell them.

Sorry but I am Absolutely in Love with this product.
I know nothing about film editing but with Wondershare's Filmora, I am a Pro!
This editing suite is not even that daunting to start with, I mean I found it amazingly easy to get started. I have been able to create YouTube videos without using the Wondershare tutorials available for Filmora. I was able to jump right in.
There are some features I wish were always available, like paste so I could glue bits together after trimming but unfortunately, the paste is available to use but not for my way of usage. Yes, so I wish we had the free usage of glue whenever we wanted to use it.
To be honest with you, this is a fantastic way to learn about film editing and whatever I write negatively is just trivial things that we will all find but it is what we do with our findings that make the difference. If we want to see something added to the next Filmora, just write and request it. Filmora devs do not bite.
The Cost of Filmora. Hmm, this is tricky because to get great programmes cost money and I am actually against this because if you are poorest of the poor like me, you find yourself going without food just to try and get a business going via YouTube, my only choice.
I am unsure if I agree with the pricing, and I am on the annual renewal because I want access to the new Filmora's as they come out but then there are more costings.
To be honest, I want 1 price not several.
I would highly recommend Filmora to my family except I do not have a family and you would also recommend friends and family to Filmora.
Now, if you do not mind, I was in the middle of using Filmora on my next YouTube video.
Buy Filmora, You will not regret the purchase.

Definitely a great product
Definitely a great product. I was using it till last year. I have a lifetime license to Filmora, but unfortunately can't use it now as my license was for Windows, which can not be used in the apple mac operating system. I have shifted most of my work from Windows to Mac and using another video editing software with mac. I wish my lifetime licence could have been valid for all my systems.

Wondershare Filmora got me working again
I used Wondershare Filmora for editing videos. Especially liked the video reversing feature. However my hard drive crashed and I lost the program. After reconstituting the rest of my lost programs and video, I contacted Wondershare and they immediately sent me the code to get Filmora operating again. I again thank them for their quick response.

Best Product Money Can Buy
As a musician we record our sets and as it is on YouTube I always download our set and play it back to improve on my skills. I use Wondershare to cut out parts in the recording that I don't want, and can edit the parts I do like. Lots of options to add in on our recordings, and super easy to use.
I made use of Customer Services to assist me with issues I experienced, and they assisted me in a prompt and professional manner
