Excellent customer service
I have been dealing with their customer service team exclusively. It concerns refund of softwares that I purchased from Wondershare. It took a long while but finally the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The customer service members were diligent and reponded to my request. The company's refund policy does not apply in my situation and the team members were willing to listen to my explanation. They went to "bat for me" and finally succeeded to convince management to give me a full refund. All customer service team members went beyond their duty to analyze my situation carefully and accepted my explanation. Instead of siding with the company, they were fair and polite dealing with my situation to help resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to the customer service team.

The best one I can imagine
The software is very easy to use. Very intuitive and yet there are so many features, so that even someone without any knowledge (like myself) can create stunning videos that look professional. i am amazed and very happy tat such an amazing software is available for such an affordable price.

Crashes every time I use this product
Crashes every time I make or export a video. Will be looking for alternative products. For context I have paid for the lifetime access 80$ and pay monthly 20$. If free would give this product 4-5 stars. But as a paying user this is not acceptable. Has crashed the last 4 times I just tried to open the product while writing this review.

--Close other unnecessary software running backstage

The software crashed at my first attempt to create a video
The software crashed at the first attempt to save my first small video! I don't see that I did anything wrong, it's seems the software has problems.
I tried to use the helpline 'chat', and when you select 'Filmora' and 'technical', it then only gives you choices of 'account' etc, none of which have got anything to do with technical help with the Filmora software itself. So it's totally of no use!
I'd like to hear your response, as I'm very disappointed with my experience, as I was considering to buy your Windows version. Please advise...

Awesome, powerful and easy to use
I used this in the past and really enjoyed it. Super easy to use and I had a lot of fun. So naturally when I wanted to get another license later on I was coming back and I recently got another license.

"Great way to show your holiday snaps"
Have been using filmora for many years, collecting all my camera photos and making short videos to show on our family TV's. The ability to add music and different screen shots have made the videos well accepted.

Great Customer Service Makes a Great App Even Greater
I am on their Pro's version for a few years now. Using it mostly for making yoga videos for my online channel.
The app is absolutely user friendly for all platforms, doesn't take up my uch DRAM/cache, fluid to use and abundance of options. (I have used it ok iMac, Android and PC laptop).
This review though, is about customer service. The email account I have used to sign in to Filmora has been hacked, and couldn't find any solution since the brilliant Microsoft is using robots as CS and not giving alternative to solutions so I had to ditch it for good.
I contacted a CS at Wondershare via it's Live Chat, with a few simple questions to verify and all was solved within minutes. Professional, friendly, and efficient all in.
I believe some companies these days relying on AI too much and have forgotten about how important it is to have real person to be able to provide flexible and connectable services that make customers feel that the money they have spent is worthed.
So kudos to Filmora team, taking care of all aspects and making users experience great.

This rating is for the Support Team. I had too many emails back and forth with no one really reading my comments or understanding the underlying issue why I could not my valid registration to be recognized post rebuild on a new computer. After several days of back and forth emails I finally found a support phone # to call and that was MUCH better for them to understand my issue and to resolve it in a day.
Email support would get 1 star from me. The phone support would get 5 stars so the blended rating is 3 stars.

I have been using Filmora since 2018 and its my “go to” video editing software.
The interface is user-friendly and has many special effects that are free and fee based.
Customer service has quick responses and raises the bar.
