If I could rate less than a 1 I would. I wasted almost $200 dollars on this company for a Halloween costume that has yet to come in after 9 full days. The so-called "reviews" on this website are most likely fake, considering if you look at one it is a picture of a celebrity and in another one, it uses the phrase"most trustable." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. I wish I had not been in a rush and had actually checked out the website to discover what absolute trash and fraudulence this company is spewing.

Horrible service and product.
Horrible... absolutely horrible. I ordered the Raizo jacket on New Years Eve on sale. They website states that delivery time is 9-10 days. After a while, about two weeks, I noticed that my order status was still pending. I tried calling their number (don't bother because it just disconnects you.) I then tried emailing them... no response. And yes, I checked my spam folder. I then had to send an email directly to LAPOLESH, who apparently is the head merchant, to voice my concern.
I received an email from not filmstar jackets, not Lapolesh, but from ultimo telling me my jacket would be shipped in 24-48 hours... okay.
Well, if their products are made to order then it truly must have taken them 2 days to make this garbage.
They didn't finish the collar - its just an empty loop that goes over your neck. They didn't put the detail on the cuffs. There isn't even a zipper... or pockets on the outside.
How can you people sell this trash to customers?
Do yourself a favor reader... don't buy from these people.
