Do not order from this company. Parts failed to arrive on time required. Emailed / called company without any success. Claim to ship goods the same day is false. .

Liars and Theives.

Product sold was NOT correct as all the description stated.
Not ONE of their x5 different phone numbers scattered on their site or online get answered.
NONE of my emails got answered.
Requetsed Paypal money back, but Filtamagic ignored ALL communications and paypal then sided with them.
Just another online retail theif.
AVOID !!!

I was a little concerned when I read the reviews after placing my order. Although the item was a day late it was just what I needed to repair my Bissell carpet cleaner. I also received a refund of my postage and an apology via email. I am very happy with the service provided and will purchase items from this company again due to the excellent customer service.

Part arrived after 12 days, although I was sent an email 2 days after ordering, from FiltaMagic to say the courier was expecting the parcel. This is confusing as you then expect it within a couple of days.
When parcel did arrive, it was well packaged and as described.

Found items cheaper on Ebay,contacted company stright away but they did not reply
I was willing for them to send extra filters to make up the differance but no reply

My order was sent very quickly and I was kept informed of the order status. The delivery company was also very efficient.

Blatant scammers. Item not delivered, allegedly the "stock is arriving early next week", obvious lies and now no response to chasing emails. Don't spend your money here, you'll never see it again.

Beware that this site advertises the product that I ordered under the actual company name but hidden in the small print it says "manufactured by filtamagic" The wording is so small you can easily miss it. What you get is like a generic medication. Not the actual product but a copy of it which is not of the same standard at all. They were not happy when I pointed this out and said that I would be contacting the actual company and possibly trading standards and a review site. They accused me of making allegations. I only stated the truth.
