Easy to purchase, quick delivery and a great filter. I have gad stubborn hormonal acne for years and while i still get flare ups, washing my face with the filterbaby has significantly reduced how inflamed they get.

Literally 10/10! The seller was amazing, product came super quick, and installation was super simple! They even provided a tool to remove the aerator that was already in my sink. I am so excited for this product.

I've been using FilterBaby for just short of 6 months and have not noticed any difference. When I change my filters they are still completely white but I know I have crappy water so I'm not sure what it's filtering exactly. I canceled my subscription.

I love this show filter! it looks so good too! I love how it makes my skin and hair feel! I noticed a big difference and I use it on my dogs too. My skin and hair are looking and feeling much better. California water is super dirty and hard so you NEED this filter!!!

I added this filter to my bathroom sink mainly for washing my face as I live an older NY apt with old pipes. It was easy to install, and the water feels cleaner and softer so far. Can’t wait to see what it does for my skin!

Where do I even start? The whole process of getting the Filter Baby was smooth and fast. I ordered it from Amazon and was at my door hours later (how crazy!!). Also, it arrived in a beautiful package. The inside didn’t disappoint. Everything looks and feels luxurious and high quality. The installation process was simple. I could see a difference in the water right away. I love it so much and I can’t wait to see the long-time results!! 😍😍

This company is extremely good at communication and their customer service. Their speedy replies and offering any help or guidance needed to set my product up! 10/10 reccomend!

I've noticed a big difference in my hair since using this filter! I have less frizz and my hair is super shiny! I also found the filter super easy to install! I have hard water where I live so it was really important to me to find a product that would help filter out all the minerals coming through and this product delivered! I would recommend this to everyone!

My filter baby arrived quickly and has been great so far. I did need some help setting it up from my fiance so I’m not savvy about that kind of thing. So far, it has been amazing. My skin felt softer after the first use and the water quality instantly felt better

TLDR: Worst customer service experience I’ve had, they lie and string you along for months with empty promises.

I purchased the shower filter as a part of their bundle with additional filters, and when I tried to swap the filter back in September, the filter would not open. I followed their online instructional video about swapping these and it told me to reach out to their customer service in the event it wouldn’t open. After doing so they told me to try a couple other things and send videos, none of which worked, and then told me they’d send a replacement in October. Come October, no replacement, so I reached back out to hear it’s been “delayed due to longer than expected shipping” and could expect it in early November. Again, no filter, so I reached out again only to hear that’s it been delayed again a few weeks, and the same story one more time. They’ve been stringing me along for months now with no promise of a filter ever coming despite multiple attempts to reach out. They also sent more filters automatically despite me being very clear on my account that I can’t even swap the filters and are waiting for them to reply. I now have 4 filters for a product I can’t even use and either have to eat the multi hundred dollar loss on these or give this poorly run company even more money so I can use them. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place, and hopefully I can save you from experiencing this as well. Run far away and find a different company and a different filter. Extremely disheartening based on their online presence as a reputable brand.

I love Filterbaby's mission and am so glad I found the perfect filter for my faucet. I did my research before purchasing and I can't wait to see the difference it makes in my skin and overall health!
The packing was so cute too.

Wanted to see if a water filter would make a difference in my skin and hair. It didn’t. At all! After 90 days and an expensive filter, i kept getting emails to replace the filter on it. I bought the pro series shower filter. I tried everything to try and get the old filter out, see photos. It wouldn’t unscrew and there’s 130$ plus the 44$ replacement down the drain. Don’t do it, they probably make it this way to get you to keep buying the whole kit over and over again. Waste!

I love my Filterbaby Diamond Filter! It made such a big difference for my hair, it is way softer, less shedding, and so much shinier. Super easy to install and totally worth it!
