Good filters, terrible customer service if there is a problem.
I moved, updated my address on my account with Filterbuy, but their software did not update my address in the subscription side. My filters were delivered to the wrong address. Constance did nothinhg to help, but told me that she would pass my complaint up to a manage and I was never contacted again. I chatted on the website with Kristine who told me that it was my mistake, not theirs.
I will eat the $40 bucks, but they lost a customer forever.

I've been using Filterbuy for about 5 years now. Great quality filters at a great price. Recently there was a mixup with my delivery and Filterbuy took care of it promptly and effectively. A+ customer service!

These folks went above and beyond for me!
I placed my usual order, and my brain said 16”x20”, but somehow my fingers heard 16”x24”…
When my order arrived, I wrote and told them what happened, thinking I would send these back.
FILTERBUY IS SENDING THE RIGHT SIZE FOR FREE! They told me to donate the others.
I’ve been using FILTERBUY for several years now, at first because it’s a USA company, but since then because of the fast service. This is one more reason to shop with these folks.

Filterbuy air condition company installed my air condition unit back on June 5, 2025, same air condition company charged me $300 for a crane 🏗️ that never showed up, and $450 for an inspection that has to be completed by Palm Beach County and Filterbuy, still today 5 1/2 months later waiting with a response from Filterbuy Company that they are too busy to coordinate the inspection, I reported the same to County, my board members, the management company, but still waiting… I keep calling Filterbuy company every 2 weeks with no luck other than they’ll take care of it and an answer that they still busy and they have time still for the inspection. 🧐 Today is 11/15/2025 and still waiting for an inspection that should have been done 5 1/2 months ago… 🤔

Your 12x24 filters are not 12x24!!! they are 11 1/2 x24.

Person was able to update my account and get me the right size filter I needed . I originally input wrong email, so I was receiving wrong sizes . I was able to exchange filters and get the right size . So helpful

I have been using Filterbuy for 3 years now for out Filter needs and I have never once been disappointed in the quality of the filters and the customer service is next level. Stephanie from the customer service team needs a shoutout for the amazing job rectifying a mistake I made when I ordered last round of filters. I will continue to always support Filterbuy.

Helpful customer service, fast shipping and great product

Terrible customer service. I ordered two different sizes. The first arrived no problem and UPS handed it off to a subsidiary RoadieXD. The next order was never delivered and the representative said it was because there was an incomplete address. Again, UPS handed it off to RoadieXD. Tried customer service several times and got no help. I am now out $80. Don’t use them! I will never again!

Stef did an amazing job with getting me the correct filters after I order the incorrect size. She was an absolute pleasure to communicate with.

If I could give negative stars I would I bought just like I always have from store and bought my size filter and got it it was wrong then was told that their sizes are not nominal they say that but the actual measurements are different I will never buy from them again so I opened one and tried it didnt fit now they do t take "used" ones back plus they charge you to return 8 bucks the cost of one filter so I bought a 6 pack and now only if I send back will I only get money back for 4 filters out of the 6 very bad business never again buy from lowes walmart anyone else but them

I received damaged filters and the Filterbuy's response was for me to file a claim with UPS! I know of no other company that makes their customers fix the problem they created. Do not buy from this company!

They changed the size of their filters in order to increase their profits. When their filters wouldn’t fit they would not allow me to return them. I will never buy from them again.

first time I used them they sent my filter to the wrong location, I had to get PayPal involved to get my filter reship to the right location.

YEP! the wrong address, now they refused to ship filter anywhere , or return my money .
Why one might ask?
they blame PayPal, that PayPal sent them the wrong address twice,
1-The address is and old address I haven't lived in for years.
2-paypal has the right address because I check PayPal whit I was waiting them to pick up form hold.
the address is correct.
now I have case again for the second time, good news I found a new supplier, so good FN bye to FILTER BUT

I ordered a 16x25x4 set of 4 filters.
When I received the filters, they were not the size stated. The phone help didn't know that the stated size is wrong, that they have "nominal" sizes and you cannot get a 16x25x4 filter unless you order a custom size filter. They would not accept all 4 filters back. I was out the money for 1 filter plus shipping. A worthless filter as it is short in all 3 dimensions and cannot be used in the furnace. I find that they are a deceptive company, as they do not make it clear that they do not sell what they advertise.

Their filters are 3/4 inch smaller than the size they're stated to be! Terrible company to deal with! Can't even answer their phone!

Filters were not the size they stated they were. I ordered 20 x25 x5 and it came 20 x 25.5 x 5 and does not fit. I ordered these filters over a year ago to have on hand and just went to replace my filter and discovered they do not fit. Not I read the company sucks and is not only difficult to return to they are reluctant to take them back or want to charge for the returns even though they were at fault. This company is a fraud in my opinion
