I can’t vouch for the program itself…

I can’t vouch for the program itself but I attempted to purchase the software and never received a license or any other response from the developer. I’m still in the process of trying to get a refund from Paypro, who if legitimate has attempted to contact the seller. I have filed a complaint with Paypal also. My next move is to leave some reviews wherever I can.

Then you requested a refund, and we issued it. We tried to contact you after that to find out what went wrong and how we can help. But still can't get an answer from you.

I've used Filter Forge software for…many years

I've used Filter Forge software for many years, upgrading to the newest versions and have always been a satisfied customer. Until recently that is. I pre ordered the new Ultra Forge subscription to lock in my low subscription price, as the email stated. I have been charged 3 times and still no product to use, not even a beta. I never read I would be continuously charged until the products release. I contacted customer service about this; which is a big deal for me as I have severe anxiety about contacting anyone I do not know personally due to my invisible disability. The response from customer service was
short and rude, my question was not even answered. I am very dissatisfied with this company now and will discontinue the recommendation and use of its software. I do not believe continuously charging for a preorder subscription before providing the software to the customer is good business practice. I can understand preorder for a one time payment and waiting until release, but not for something that has not been released. After canceling the reoccurring subscription, I received another email stating that Ultra Forge has been delayed. I unsubscribed from this mailing list as I they have lost my trust.

Filter Forge and Ultraforge are different programs, you can be glad with Filter Forge and use it for many years and not happy with Ultraforge — that's okay.

When we opened the Ultraforge preorder, we needed support from our loyal customers to bring Ultraforge to the long-awaited Beta stage. We had developed Ultraforge for years. We offered the best price for those who are ready to support us and wait until Ultraforge is out by the end of this year.

As far as I understand, your subscription is still active and you'll get the Beta keys. We hope that you'll try it and enjoy it.

And finally, we'll investigate the customer service answer and will work to make our tech support better. I'll need your email address to find your case.
