I ordered a Vent Axia airflow DV 72…

I ordered a Vent Axia airflow DV 72 replacement filters 2 pack paid via my pay pal account(£14.00) on 1st Nov 25.

I was told delivery would take 3-5 business days.

Today is 13th & I have still not received the package.

Very concerned & very frustrated.
