The filters do not fit no matter how much they are soaked in hot water. These filters are a big rip off and most likely come from China where they have trouble with the conversions from cm to inches. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - BIG RIP OFF!

In years gone by we always purchased our SoftTub filters from a local pool and spa supply store. This year they didn't have any and suggested I look online for the filter I need. This two pack was very reasonably priced ($15 less for the two filters than I had been paying) and they are a perfect fit. I'll be purchasing my filters trhough this vendor from now on.

This product does NOT fit the 2013 Softub as advertised! I had to saw off a piece of the flange to make it work and even now it barely sits on the intake cover. Very disappointed!
