Two Filters dont click in place
The two filters I bought from Filterswell to replace the Frigidaire PureSource 3 filter do not click in place. I emailed them TWICE and took pictures and explained the issue, but I have not received any reply from Filterswell. It seems the company HQ is in Britain, and the filters were shipped from Southern California.
I went I bought a PureSource 3 filters from a big Box place and it fit and clicked in as expected.
I am very disappointed with the product (does not work) and also very disappointed that the company did not reply to my enquiry.

The two refrigerator filters you sent are approximately 2" shorter than my PureSource water filter! We need to rectify this matter. Thank You Also smaller in diameter!! It says that the filter is compatible with Frigidaire Pure Source 3 WF3CB.....
