Company representatives, Morgan Gilliam and Ken Ojuka, repeatedly acknowledged the debt but delayed action, citing internal mergers and restructuring.
Multiple written demands were issued between December 2024 and April 2025.
Final demand sent on April 29, 2025, remains unanswered at the time of complaint.

Immediate full refund of $1,999 USD.
