Its has been an awesome experience working with Daniel Molina. His knowledge, clarity in communicating guidance and friendly support on making my business books come to live with the information and reports much needed not only to prepare for taxes, but to have an impact on the decision making for my business growth. Thank you Finally.

Our experience with Finally has been deeply disappointing and detrimental to our business. We engaged their services with the clear understanding that accurate financial reports would be delivered within 12 weeks of our start date in February. We are now approaching six months, and we still have not received final or accurate reports—neither for 2024 and or the 2025 months.
Despite repeated follow-ups, our requests have been met with vague responses and unfulfilled promises. We’ve gone in circles answering the same questions, with little evidence that our documentation has been reviewed thoroughly. Communication has been inconsistent, timelines have been missed, and our urgent financial needs have been repeatedly ignored.
This delay has had a real impact on our ability to make critical decisions, access funding, and plan for growth. As a small, family-run business working directly with farming communities in underserved regions, the ripple effects have extended beyond our team.
We expected a professional, reliable service, and what we received instead was a lack of accountability, missed deadlines, and ultimately, a material breach of contract. We would not recommend Finally to other small businesses seeking dependable bookkeeping support.
Worst of all is that I have nothing else than a generic email to contact them!
You will read on the reviews that the onboarding was great, yes it was, but for those who hire them, get ready for what comes next after onboarding everything went south for us, little to no communication and we are being ask the same questions over and over.

Daniel was very helpful on setting up all 3 of my accounts. There were some difficulties adding them as the authorized users in my bank account and they were very patient to walk me through. Great communication and always follow up with a call or email. Highly recommended.

So far it has been a great onboarding experience. I submitted some pre-meeting documents and then we went through the documents during our onboarding call as well as getting them access to accounts was quick.

Nelson Perez was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He answered all my questions and very knowledgable. It made switching to Finally easier than I thought.

Daniel finalized my onboarding and was very helpful. Every aspect of this process feels right and my biggest buy in was the fact that NO ONE including Daniel, made me feel ashamed for the amount of time and transactions that are needed. Daniel was patient and kind, and I look forward to seeing the end result.

The onboarding process was a bit lengthy, which slowed down communication in the beginning. As a small business owner, not being able to speak directly with someone without scheduling a meeting made things a bit challenging. However, the team did an outstanding job catching up my 2024 bookkeeping. The data entry was thorough and brought everything current—I just need to review the categorizations. Overall, I would definitely consider using their services again in the future if needed.

The attention to details and the clarity on explaining their awesome services as well as their ability to listen to my business needs from a great bookkeeping program, that is what I take as a great experience from the Finally team.

Absolutely the Worst Bookkeeping Experience I've Ever Had
Working with Finally Bookkeeping was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I paid for services like reconciling and invoicing, none of which were ever completed. Scheduling a meeting was nearly impossible, and on the rare occasion I did manage to book one, they would cancel last minute and then follow up with a suspicious email trail that made it look like I had canceled. Unbelievably unprofessional.
At one point, they told me my general ledger was incorrect, then asked me if I knew why, without providing any details. They miscategorized taxes paid as personal income, which is a major and avoidable error. When I asked them to pull a simple report, they told me I should contact my former bookkeeper instead. Completely unacceptable.
For five months, they repeatedly asked me to submit the same reports. I complied every time, and every month they acted like it was the first time they'd asked. When I questioned whether I was submitting them incorrectly, I got no response.
During onboarding, I watched them access all my accounts, yet every time I asked why something wasn't done, they claimed they didn't have access. I went through the entire process of granting permissions again, only to be told again that they didn’t have access.
Whether this was incompetence or a scam, I can't say. But it was hands down the worst, most frustrating, and most unproductive experience I’ve ever had with a bookkeeping service. This is only a handful of examples of completely unprofessional and unacceptable practices. Save your time, money, and sanity. Look elsewhere.
There is no way to reply to finally's response so I am adding it here. They did in fact reach out after I cancelled my account and added reviews for others to be informed. They did not help or step in for the month's I asked for things to be corrected. This feels like too little too late and performative. They had no time to talk to me when I was a client, now I feel no reason to speak to them post termination of relationship. The only thing they could be seeking is to get me to erase these reviews.
ps after the termination of contract they canceled my quickbooks one day later even though i had paid for the rest of the month. It was 50 percent more expensive to resubscribe than I had been paying.

Onboarding was quick and easy! It was great to speak with my accountant Nelson face to face and discuss the next steps in getting my books up to date.

I initially signed with Finally in spring of 2024 to get my books in order. They continually asked for duplicate information and despite having access to all of my on line information they could never seem to find anything. Fast forward to July 2025; I do not have an accurate P&L for 2024 or for YTD 2025. Every time they send me a P&L for review something is wrong. A few examples... no revenue and/or inaccurate revenue numbers; no payroll numbers or at 50% of actual numbers. These numbers are captured electronically. What are they looking at??!! I have repeatedly tried to schedule a call with anyone but their calendars are full months out and they do not respond to that issue at all. I have just requested my account be brought up to date and my $$ refunded but I am not hopeful.
