I am writing this to genuinely help others reconsider. I have never had so much stress with a book keeper. I have a simple business and have had many phone calls with Finally where I am lead to believe they have all they need to complete books and then find out days later they need something else. I am working on exiting this company and would pay far far more to just have a company who is organized and committed to reporting ontime.

We attempted to use Finally for our bookkeeping and taxes, and it was an absolute nightmare. Sheer incompetence across the board on all levels. Any other startup operating this way would've shut down within months, but they have other revenue sources to fall back on. If bookkeeping were their only focus, they'd be out of business.
We had multiple calls with the Edwin, the CEO, who was incredibly nice, and he repeatedly expressed how embarrassing this situation was for them. Our contact, Emill, was also very friendly, and I believe he did his best. But in the end, there seems to be some deep operational issues within the teams working on the books, and they basically took our $400/mo and couldn't get our very simple books in order over a period of seven months.
