Customer support will not respond very bad service also during interview the respond will either too late or too long I tried to contact them for refund but didn't receive any respond don't fall for there trap
It is a great tool for helping those people in need.
The Final round ai works so well during the interview. It had helped me a lot.
I like that they can help me structure the response in STAR format and give real time suggestions. However, I'd appreciate the alignment of demo video's interface and the actual interface. A little onboarding runthrough would be better
Great to enhance your interview skills. Code copilot is one of the best intergration along with GPT 4.1 integration. It is worth a try !
The best Ai interview website, with very accurate answers and fast loading.
The best ever. As it can pick up any accent and give the exact answers.
Very impressive
I purchased a subscription to FinalRound AI, only to find out later that there were coupon codes available that could have saved me money. According to their own refund policy, if a user doesn't use the platform heavily after purchasing, they're eligible for a refund. I barely used the service and reached out promptly but they have completely ignored my emails.
It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that won’t even respond to a legitimate refund request backed by their own policy. Poor customer support and lack of transparency. I expected better. Definitely not recommending this to anyone.
The live interview needs to be improved. It is not sharing relevant answers. It is too short. Not happy with the live interview power. Mock interviews are okay. I was also not happy with the resume writing. With the amount it charges, I thought this might be a rocket but kind of a bummer with resume writing. I have 3 stats only because of interview prep and mock interview functionality works fine.
I recently used Final Round AI to help prepare for a project management interview. Overall, the experience was very helpful—the answers were accurate and aligned well with industry expectations, especially for behavioral and situational questions. That said, I did notice that the responses were a bit slow to generate at times, which interrupted the real-time flow I was hoping for during mock interview sessions.
Most of the responses came in bullet point format, which is great for quick review, but I feel the platform could improve by offering more refined, conversational responses that simulate real interviews more closely. Additionally, adding more real-world examples or letting users tailor the examples to specific industries (like banking, tech, or healthcare) would make the answers more relatable and actionable.
Despite these points, the platform is a solid tool for interview preparation and definitely helped me structure my responses better. With a few enhancements, it could be even more powerful for final-round coaching.
Their pricing policy feels quite misleading. There is no visible option in the settings or anywhere else within the software to manage or cancel your subscription. I was charged for another 6-month subscription without any prior notice or reminder, and the inability to adjust or cancel the subscription in advance is concerning.
The product is also overpriced for the value it delivers. In comparison, paying $20 per month to OpenAI provides far more functionality than spending $100 on this.
I reached out to their support team via email nearly 10 days ago regarding a refund, but I haven’t received any response. I’ll consider revising this review if I hear back and my concerns are properly addressed.
Very good tool and it is really helpful during interviews.
It’s so easy to integrate in all the popular apps like Zoom, Meet and Teams. Amazing it also helps you to prepare for the role and the company with set of questions based on the uploaded job description and your resume. Stands out to me with its ease of use. Fantastic work by Microsoft!
Works well but way to expensive. 20 or 30 a month would be better
This tool was invaluable in making me more confident in my interview technique. I particularly liked the score at the end of the live interview and tips and suggestions on improvements.
It helped me a lot with mock interviews,
Excellent. While using this app it can provide the answers most accurately
Over all good experience, giving feedback preparing for interview
