I never left my office chair
Okay, I hate everything about the loan process. I was pissed before I even applied. I was foolish enough to click some bad links and had vultures all over me.
Dan called me and before he got the words out of his mouth I said, "you can't help me. I am a new business with not enough revenue." He proceeded to hit me with the facts and I bit.
Our conversation lasted 90 seconds. A perfect amount of time.
He called me the next day, gave me a few details (none of the scripted bs where you are forced to listed to a screenplay while you wait) and told me that Priscilla would be calling me around 3pm the following day.
The next day at 3pm, it was Priscilla. We spoke briefly and she got to jammin. No BS, no screwing around- when she said she needed 10 minutes of my time we were off in under 10.
Again, I hate this process. However, there was a calm and controlled urgency to Priscilla and her process- not one that was equal to a sketchy deal trying to get inked but one that knew I had other things to be doing and she wanted to get me on my way. Priscilla knew what time it was at every turn. She told me exactly what to expect, what would happen, when it would happen and what the final result would be. I literally never got out of my chair to do or get anything.
At the end of the day, I spent about 5 minutes with Dan and had 3 ten minute phone calls with Priscilla. After that, there was an $80k unsecured loan for my newly started business sitting in my account. Honestly, I still can't believe it.
Incredible experience. No one is more difficult to please in this area. The experience was actually pleasant. If you are the type who enjoy spending long hours listening to scripted disclaimers, liability waivers and having contract details read to you like a lullaby, this company probably isn't for you.
If you operate a business and have other sh*t to do and care nothing about wasting a bunch of time in senseless rhetoric, these are your people.
