Sympathetic yet highly professional service

I phoned Financiable at a difficult time for me and the person I spoke to, Joe, was very sympathetic and tactful. He was also knowledgeable and, most importantly, really listened to what I was saying. It was very different from the usual 'call centre ' experience where you talk to someone who's obviously reading off a script and is in a hurry to end the call so they can take the next call.
