Do not use this company's referral program. I got the impression that this company is not transparent.

I’m waiting for the welcome bonus from more than one months, the support reply to my ticket after one months and they always say that I will receive the bonus in the next two weeks. Till now I didn’t see my bonus.

Update 14.02.2025: They claim to have contacted me, but it's not true. I have an open ticket from February 4th and another one opened today. Let's see if this saga will ever end.

My experience using this company fell short of expectation,The customer service are unresponsive and the profit margin is low.I have noted an alternate company in my profile picture with a far off exceedingly returns. i hope my review helps someone

I like how cheap everything is, but i don't like that it's impossible to turn off the advertisments they send you.

Before i created this account, i asked the support exactly the questions where i had issues after i moved my stocks to them. but none of the issues was mentioned before. behind zero there is a old none flexible bank. yes, the rates are low but the service and support also.

I've been with this broker since they started under the guise of 'gratis broker'. Although the platform and ux has generally improved, their support remains a horribly frustrating experience. When they do eventually respond, it's mostly with an unhelpful templated response. The ticket is then immediately closed, leaving no hope for a reply or follow up. The only option is to then open a new ticket and start again. For example, they just made me wait 3 weeks for any kind of reply on a ticket. Instead of replying and addressing my query, they simply closed the ticket and sent me an 'info sheet' !? (#1292987 for the representative that replies here). Earlier in the year, following another similar experience, I actually wrote a letter directly to their management highlighting the issue. Sadly they didn't reply.
As a direct result, I've started using my bank again for their trading service. I've come to value their superior support service, despite the high trading costs.
I would kindly urge Finanzen.net / zero to take heed of this and other similar feedback and invest more into their customer service.

I use this Finanzen.net zero now about 1 year.
It has all basic services needed, is fast enough and reliable.
I can recommend this.

Not like this DKB where already the Login is often not function and cost also not so low in the end.

Two hearts beat in my chest: the one beats for the easiness of trading with no fees, works excellent.
The other is the lack of communication. I need an answer to a tax declaration problem. No way to get anyone on the phone; only the hint to use the ticket system.
My actual ticket has been unanswered for 5 days so far. That's a shame, obviously they don't want to deal with clients personally anymore. Thumbs heavily down.

I'm fully satisfied so far. Easy to open an account and start investing with no fees.

The support is not fast, takes days before you get the answer. We are trying to move the depo from Smartbroker already almost 2 month, 1/5 of papers was moved, the rest with no explanation didn't move yet, even when it is the same bank...
And another strange thing, may be somebody can explain, how can be the difference in figures between what I see in my depo and in app Aktien (on iPhone). For example iShares today +1,16% on iPhone Aktien, and +0,36% the very same time in my depo on Finanzen.net Zero? For exactly the same Aktien?

I first tried to open an account in Trade Republic, but nothing happened after three weeks no support no money in my account. It was a tragedy I ran away from it and tried Finanzen.net zero. Here, the whole process of opening an account and having the money transferred and received in your account takes only 2 working days.
