Platform IT issue
Hello Findadmission, something did not seem to be working correctly on the platform today, as I explained several times to Gaganjyot online. It is correct that several students came into the booth and left an automatic, hello, my name is and I am from whichever country, message, but then after my having responded to them, nothing happened, and in many instances, I received the same automatic introductory message again from the same students, sometimes several times.
I had actual active engagement with students only at the very beginning of the fair, and again, at the very end, after perhaps whatever IT issue was causing the problem was resolved.
This was very different that how the platform operated last week on Oct. 22nd and 23rd.

Thank you for raising your issues with Gaganjyot, who it appears tried to rectify this issue with you by offering a private fair. Please get in touch with Gaganjyot at your earliest convenience to discuss this.
However, we are glad to hear that you still got some engagement with the students, and have had better engagement with students at our previous partner-fairs. We are saddened to see this one bad experience has lowered your trust in Findadmission to 1 star, however we hope that this can improve for you in the future following more successful events.
