As others have stated in their review, I placed an order and then neither heard back from the company nor received the item that I ordered. Unfortunately this company is a total scam and I got taken. Don't let it happen to you and shop elsewhere - literally anywhere.

Ordered and paid for Spiral Flush Trim Router Bit. 12 days later, no bit, no communication, no tracking #. No response to email sent to customer service. No one answers the customer service phone.

Ordered 2 woodturning tools said order would arrive in 3day 6 weeks later they are still in china awaiting shipment very disappointing. No idea when they will arrive

Bought a helical cutter for my Makita 2012NB planer, it arrived in good time and beautifully packed complete with spare cutters and a free Allen key. The quality of the engineering is excellent, the Makita now runs noticeably quieter and the finish is superb, often further sanding is no longer required. After more than 6 months of use I’m still delighted and would highly recommend FBT.

Purchased the helical cutterhead for my Dewalt 735 planer as a less expensive alternative to the leading brand. FindBuyTool was very responsive to my questions before and after purchase. They directed me to both some videos of their own as well as some 3rd-party YT videos. Installation was straightforward and took about 90 minutes not including adding and torquing the cutters.

I was amazed at the quality of the planed surface, even on the 735's 'dimensioning' speed. So much better than the 3-blade cutters. I haven't run a whole lot of wood through yet, but what I have has been clean with zero tearout. This cutterhead makes planing fun again!

When I found this tool online I was a little skeptical as I thought it was a great price and you know how something looks good until it is delivered, well this was a great purchase. It was delivered and is exactly what I was hoping for. It did not take too long to ship and arrive either. I am very impressed.

I ordered a helical cutter for my Delta planer from FindBuyTool. The item arrived when they said it would and works great. Had to find videos for installation on YouTube but that would be the case with any supplier of these aftermarket upgrades for a 30 year old planer. I will look at FindBuyTool again for future purchases.

UK; I ordered the FB131H planer on Nov 16th; "in-stock" it said on the page, and the confirmation email said it'll be shipped within 1-2 day; on Nov 20th I got the message that no, it's actually not in stock, and next "restocking" will be on Dec 20th (even though the item was still "in-stock" on their page). When then I asked for my money back, all went silent - no replies to any of my emails at all. NOT RECOMMENDED

purchased the carbide inserts for my planer a couple of years ago and time to get new ones. as soon as i put in my email address up popped note saying findbuytools had sent me a confirmation #. ordered the inserts and got a great discount although i was not expecting it. hope these inserts work as great as the last lot i ordered.

I have dealt with Findbuytools twice and they have been superb. The first time, in America I ordered a hellical cutter head for a de Walt planer and I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. They were great, no charge for returning it and the correct one was sent. They responded to my communications over night, or sometimes the same day. The product was so good thatvI wanted one fir my planer back in England. Unfortunately they did not have one to fit without ordering a custom made piece. But I was so impressed with their cutter that I replaced my Enhlish planer with a new ew one from Findbuytools and am very happy with it. The product is so good and their help in correcting my own mistake was excellent. I will be buying more tools from them

I purchased Machorool® FB132H 13.in. Planer in early September it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I sold my Dewalt 735x and I am very happy for doing so. This machine is very similar in design but has better features and the main one is the cutter head. Properly prepared boards have no snipe and when there is some it is not as bad compared to the Dewalt. I tested there customer service since you can only reach them by email, and have never bought from this company before, I received reply’s to my satisfaction so I feel good about the company. The real test for this helical cutter head was planing Purple Heart well it comes out perfect no chip out like the Dewalt straight blades. I mostly run it on #1 setting for Purple Heart .The pull out in-feed and out-feed tables are real nice compared to the fold ups. Dust collection with the internal fan works fine with my 4 in collection hose. The led lights are cool and this is a heavy machine like 100lbs.I just planed a bunch of rough walnut and Purple Heart still loving this machine. I will up date if necessary but feel real good about the machine and the company by the way they follow up and that is a good thing. So I would recommend this machine and cutter head. Thank You.

Ordered 4 woodturning tools.
Got no tracking or any delivery details whatsoever.
When I emailed them 4 weeks after my original order, I was told they have none in stock.
So why take the order then?
I payed via pay pal... thank God.
So I opened a case for refund.
Miraculously find by tools messaged me immediately with an offer to send 2 of the 4 tools I ordered.
I would not recommend buying from this company.

I bought the Machorool® FB132H 13" planer from FindBuyTool company.
This machine is a beast,I almost couldn't believe its performance.Very precise and accurate.
Right out of the box,it performs like a champ.
The quality and result on the pieces of wood you insert is absolutely amazing.The finish is just unbelievable.No sanding needed after that.
I will post a video pretty soon.Something that really amazed me is how quiet it is compared to other planers and it is almost the quietest machine in my shop.
It looks mean and built like a tank.it is very heavy(107lb).I built a heavy duty rolling stand and boom.
I really love this planer and hope that it will last for a long time.I would totally advise people to buy it if they can.
Another thing I like about this company is how fast they shipped it and always keep in touch with you via email afterwards.
