I Ordered 3ft of Gates 23972 hose and only received 1ft. This is expensive hose and not getting the full amount is unacceptable. The description clearly says 3ft length.

THE PART WE ORDERED WAS CALLED OUT TO BE AN OEM PART BUT IT WAS NOT AN OEM PART AND WILL NOT WORK IN THE HYSTER FORKLIFT IT WAS ORDERED FOR. I REQUESTED A RETURN AND WAS TOLD THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS RETURN SHIPPING.

I paid for 2nd day air service and did not receive my package in that time frame, I requested a refund of my shipping and I have been reimbursed for the trouble.
