I used your cross reference on a fleet…

I used your cross reference on a fleet guard FF53093 fuel filter. It crossed with a Donaldson DB5811 filter. That filter does not fit... Now I am stuck with almost $300.00 worth of filters I cant use.. Wont happen again.

ordered part that was a killer deal…

ordered part that was a killer deal 3/31/26 4/1/26 checked with finditparts by phone to confirm the order was complete and they answered questions i asked all good 4/2/26 i receive email that order was canceled
again i contact finditparts and was informed that this item was damaged in warehouse and orfer is canceled
and a replacement of exact item was availale for 3 times the money i asked why it couldn t be replaced at same price and that was not a option asked for a supervisor to talk too and of course he was not available but would call me he did call back but he act like i was not talking in english and he hung up and i am still waiting
i see this as if you were in store and found a really good deal and at check out they said it was marked wrong but they honored their mistake not my fault of their error if you look it up on line it still has real good price and when you click on it they have the high price now
feel they fraudulant represented this item and took my money
