This site is actually legit just booked my driving test and I am well satisfied you can always change the date time and place so you can get the dates you want bcuz if in your branch is fully booked then you can always check other cities and get the tests done earlier if needed as it’s really busy times and fully booked in some places until December for example in Bradford soo rebooked mine in Harrogate and got it as early as next week... I recommend

£19.99 down the drain. Claims to text you when a cancellation comes up in your area. Didn’t get a single text for a whole week! Thought this was dodgy so I looked on the official GOV website and there were three different available tests for literally NEXT WEEK! But not a single text or email from this company to let me know. How many more did I miss without realising? Terrible.

Great! Booked me in for 2nd decent bet and I asked if I could possible be earlier because I wouldn’t be able to make it on that date and they booked me into a cancellation the following week on the 26th September.
The person I spoke to over email was also great and helped me well!

Please don’t waste your time or money with this find me a driving test rubbish . I’m convinced the positive reviews on here are fake cause my experience has been so so bad! I have been waiting on cancellations since the lockdown eased and months before but received only ONE cancellation. I have been emailing Alex ,Henry etc both have been extremely unhelpful and rude taking weeks to respond to any of my emails. Because I couldn’t rely on them after waiting months for cancellations I was forced to looks elsewhere and ended up finding my own cancellation! I was then refused a refund because apparently their t&c you can’t look for your own test !?
What a scam! I wonder how many people have been roped into this. So pathetic!Stop ripping people off! If you can’t deliver what you claim to then you shouldn’t be taking peoples money! I hope that this company gets shut down ! I will be taking this complaint further to the FTC so you will be hearing from me again.

Okay, first things first. Didn't receive a single message till today 24th Sep, booked 20£ subscription on 21st Sep. And to be sure if these guys were actually trying to book something , I was on constant emails with them (good response from customer service, can't deny). Even today 24th Sep I asked about not receiving any message, and i was told there is huge rush around the bookings for my choice of centers. Something wasn't right, so i tried checking myself on DVSA website and lo! I found a full 15 day slot available starting 1st November for my choice of driving center. I chose the best timeslot I could without any issue.
I understand they have their terms and conditions that i cant try booking myself while they are searching, but i doubt if they were actually putting in an effort to book a slot for me? I mean 3 days without a word, its hard for me to believe they even tried booking at either of my choice of centres.
BTW, i have been categorically told i will not be refunded, so here go my 20 £ in vain. This site may be legitimate but i strongly recommend trying booking a cancelled slot yourself.

Can anyone tell me the length of time it takes for them to respond go an email since the phone line isn't working. Also I've paid the 20 pound already

My previous review had been reported by this company and they tried to get it removed, I provided screen shots of the email replies to trustpilot to prove that I was reviewing the correct company.
I have noticed over the last week that alot of the negative reviews have been removed, disgraceful!
