I didn’t know what to expect at first, as there are so many used car websites out there—but let me tell you, Find My Electric really exceeded my expectations. And as other reviewers have mentioned—the customer service is insanely good. They returned my phone call within 10 minutes on the weekend—wait what?!? 😂🙌

Not sure where to begin (I’m never good at writing these things) but wow—Find my Electric was soooo helpful and nice both times I talked to them. I really wasn’t even sure where to start and they walked me through everything I could have ever wanted to know about the used Tesla world. Thank youuuuu!

Very good service for electric car owners!

They helped me understand the value of my 2019 Tesla Model 3 and what it would be worth on the used market—and were spot on! Thank you!!

First off, as a software engineer myself—I have to commend FME for building such a solid system. It’s VERY well thought out, implemented, and easy to use.

Additionally, I found their support team to be just stellar. Zero complaints here and nothing but praise!

Without a doubt the best site for electric cars out there!!! Sure, there are other sites but they have gas cars too and I found them very hard to navigate (I’m not super good with technology compared to other people). I also had some questions about how electric cars work, what I might be able to expect to save on my gas bill, and even though I wasn’t selling a car, they still took the time to talk to me and were so incredibly nice. I am confident in recommending Find my electric.com to anyone!

I first reached out to Find My Electric via the 800 phone number listed on their site and to my surprise, they answered on the 3rd ring! Someone (don’t remember their name) answered every question I had about the buying and selling process.

I eventually had multiple interactions with Find My Electric and each one was surprisingly good. Seems like they are building a great thing here and helping make EVs accessible to those who aren’t willing to (or can’t) pay hundreds of thousands for new. Based on my opinion and interactions, I’d definitely recommend them.

Shockingly good customer service. You don’t find people this helpful nowadays anywhere. Really knowledgeable about EVs too.

I was floored at how good support was...they took the time to chat on the phone with me, explain how everything works, lay out the different options, and answer every single question I had. On top of that, they were just nice and pleasant to talk to in general.

I can't think of a better place to list or buy a Tesla, especially for someone like me who's not a haggler/dealer type of person. Very impressed with find my electric!
