I recently had hypnotherapy with Julie and chose the Gentle Reset package following a helpful initial intro call. Julie made me feel completely at ease during the session - and took the time to really understand what had brought me to her. I left feeling amazed by what she was able to achieve in terms of the specific topic I had come in with (I was sceptical beforehand!).
I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to see if the results were truly lasting — and I’m honestly astounded.
My whole life I carried a heavy burden of guilt on my shoulders. It’s simply gone. I can now live my life without unnecessary feelings of guilt weighing me down.
Julie helped me see the truth within myself and showed me a way to free myself from it. I can’t thank her enough. I’m truly amazed by my transformation.
I was sceptical at first, but here I am months later, free from what was holding me back. I can still notice emotions when they arise, but I’m in control of them now — they no longer control me.

Julie has performed life changing work with myself my mindset and my self esteem. I came out after only one session already a better version of myself. I have visited a hypnotherapist before and I felt so unfulfilled from my visit but when I Came across Julie I knew she was a different person. She is so kind, gentle and caring and really wants to make a difference in your life. I recently had a Rapid Transformation Therapy session with Julie, and the experience has been nothing short of life-changing. Through gentle hypnosis, she guided me back to a childhood memory and helped me understand and heal the wound it had left behind.

Since that session, I’ve noticed a genuine shift in myself – my self-esteem has grown and I carry a much brighter, lighter attitude toward life. What stood out most to me was Julie’s compassionate presence and her ability to create a safe, supportive space for deep healing.

Julie is a very calm, caring person, which comes across from the minute you meet her. I wasn’t sure what I would get from the experience, but I can say now that it has been life changing. Julie deals with a wide range of issues and concerns and I would recommend her to anyone. Several of my friends and colleagues have been to her since I went and they have all had very positive experiences. I found Julie so warm and intuitive. I have had previous experiences with counselling but being aware that I was stuck in my feelings and needing more than someone to listen. If you are struggling and carrying baggage from past life experiences then Julie is the person to help you. She will walk you on to a path were you can offload all the negative thoughts and feelings and begin living in a healing, healty and positive outlook you deserve
