Not impressed
Very slow, very poor communication.
No response to my many, many emails and calls until they wanted paying and then were emailing and sending letters every day.
Would rather have had Barclays kept my £8,000.00 then have payed these clowns £1,880 of it.

Found PPI when others didn@t!
I have previously used the services of TWO other PPI tracing companies. Both replied with same answer - no PPI refund due. Then, in the final month I could claim, I thought I would have one more try. Amazing! I got a refund. Obviously FindYourPPI were doing something that the others were not. After fees, I was more than £800 better off. That's £800 more than I was expecting. Thank you.

Lost my claim
They lost my upload claiming they'd never received it, so couldn't process my claim, despite it being submitted before the deadline. Made a complaint to financial ombudsman, received a letter to say complaint had been received and they'd respond within 3 days...that was over a month ago. The only thing I'd recommend with them is to avoid!
