I hate to leave a bad review, but I bought a piece of Chinese furniture that is absolutely not worth the price. I expected solid wood, but it is all made of a thin fake layer, therefore light and fragile ... the finishing then peels off to the touch in some places. So I thought about sending it back but, guess what?, obviously the expense would be entirely on me in exchange for a voucher not a refund, at least according to their policy. Are you reading? If i may, just don’t bother…
EDIT (two weeks later):
"In the end, I decided to give the piece away and move on. However, I believe it’s fair to acknowledge that the company reached out to me after reading my review and politely offered several options to address my dissatisfaction so that I would remove the review.
In the end, I chose not to accept, as I felt it was more appropriate to stand by my assessment. I still hold my opinion about the product, but I recognize that the company made a respectful effort to find a solution."

We ordered 7 porcelain vases and they were perfect. So high quality and quickly delivery. Thank you so much!

I really don't like leaving negative review but I must admit that I am exasperated. I bought three lamps shades for 350 €, I returned them as I did not like them. I had to chase several times for repayement and now I have received reimbursement for only one. The 350 € were debited on the 4TH of March and the 123 € received in reimbursement for only one credited on the 21st of April. It is a shame that this is not followed properly. I am still hoping to resolve this issue.

Completely unacceptable: I ordered 2 Room dividers (Japanese paravents) which this company sent twice damaged. They were returned but They have now cancelled my order and have not reimbursed me despite polite emails and phone call.

The item was lost due to an issue with the address. However, the customer service supported me in finding and shipping it to the right address. I am now satisfied with the item, and it looks like in the picture. The quality is good, and the design is very nice. Suggested!
