Thank you, Michael, for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations.

To clarify the timeline, the proof was prepared within 1 day of the order being placed, after the logo conversion was completed. The proof was approved 6 days later. Once approved, the award was produced and shipped within 7 days, and delivered 3 days after shipping.

Custom Engraved Awards depend on proof approval before production can start, and once approved your order moved through our normal production and delivery timeline. That said, we regret the final product did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.
